Wonderful apartment with interesting architectural details, lots of light and nice furniture. The host was very friendly and responsive. The neighborhood is nice and close to both the park and the Cartier street restaurants. Parking is very convenient. Be advised that it’s a third floor walk up apartment and, although there are two bathrooms, they are both somewhat small. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future.

Fabulous location

Everything about this place was great. We really appreciated the Quebec information binder that was provided. My only negative was that there was no soup pot available to cook pasta. We had to use 2 tiny sauce pans instead.

Christmas trip

We had a great time here. Short walk to everything in old town. Christmas decorations were beautiful in town; festive atmosphere. We appreciated the Christmas tree in the unit and the decorations on the porch, too. Unit was as described.

Fall Getaway in Quebec

My husband and my best friend stayed at this property Oct. 10-13, 2024. It is next to a large park where you can walk to the Citadel and the Old Town area. It is also convenient to a Main Street that has many good to great restaurants (but you must always make reservations). My issue with this old house is that there are more steps up to the 3rd floor living space (which is a converted attic) than I realized. I have knee issues and it was hard to go up and down the stairs and harder still with luggage. It was nice to have a common space to gather and plan out our daily activities. Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable and squeaked, and the shower leaked out the sides so there was lots of water on the floor after a shower no matter how I tried to prevent it. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes and we used our own coffee in the morning. All in all, the location of this VRBO is super and I would stay here again only if I could get the first floor apartment.

Quebec City

The place was great for our stay. My friends and I enjoyed being able to walk to the many sites nearby and explore Old Quebec and a little of the Montcalm area. Never having been to Canada, we found it to be lovely and charming. Our host was very accommodating and responsive. The sofa bed is a little worn and couldn't find extra linens but used a couple of the throws from the bedrooms.

Well equipped, Excellent Location

We loved this great location, walking distance to major attractions and restaurants. Located 1/2 block from the plains of Abraham was lovely for walking and enjoying the sunset.

VRBO QUEBEC CITY

Beautifully located within walking distance of everything. Plenty of nearby restaurants and Hop on Hop off stops.Our suite was on the 3rd floor, so a little rough for the older generation carrying luggage upstairs. We stayed 3 days and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Great location

Perfect location for visiting the city. Easy walking to Old Quebec, restaurants and historic sites. Be prepared for 3 flights of narrow stairs but worth the climb!

Charming maison, perfect location

The apartment was the whole top floor of a wonderful historic mansion; charming, comfortable, very well appointed, with plenty of room and privacy for two couples. The location could not be better. It is next to the huge Plains of Abraham park and Joan of Arc gardens just a couple blocks from the old city walls. We expected to go into the old city for all meals but found excellent dining options and a lively night scene just a few steps from the Maison. The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot or bicycle but still having easy access in and out by car. Parking felt secure behind the house, and we didn't have to drive the narrower streets of the old city during high season for construction and tourists.

L’endroit est très bien situé pour profiter du vieux Québec comme du nightlife de la Grande-Allée et tout ça à pied! Une maison d’époque qui vous offre toutes les commodité pour un court comme un long séjour !

Emplacement ideal

Tout est dans le titre. Petit conseil pour les voyageurs : ne pas allumer la Clim qui se trouve au plafond de l entrée. Celle ci dégage une odeur très désagréable. Le concierge que nous avons alerté a constaté ce soucis depuis son installation. Rien de grave puisque d autres Clim permettent de rafraîchir l appartement.

We stayed on the top floor and loved it so much! Communication with the host was fantastic! We were able to go downstairs and do laundry, which was so helpful. You couldn’t beat the location!!!

Summer festival

Our stay was fabulous for the location and property. Only complaint was the air conditioning units being very noisy in the bedrooms. Would rent again if ever back in Quebec

Great location!

We traveled from Michigan to visit family and FEQ festival. Perfect location! Walking distance to everything! Our contact Nina was awesome!!! Always responded immediately and was extremely considerate. Also the concierge Edouard was unbelievable as well. We would love to stay here again. Everything was perfect!

Perfect location

This unit is in a perfect location to access old town Quebec, Abraham Garden, or hop in your car and go to the MontClemency falls Clean and plenty of glasses and dishes. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels for two. There is only one AC vent for the apartment but they were quick to respond to concerns that the bedrooms were warm and they had a remedy. I loved siting on their outside deck and enjoy the park. Easy to remember where it is located by the building that it sits by. As stated it is the third floor so a haul to drag bags but worth it!!
