We had an absolute fantastic time. The layout was just as described. Martine was a wonderful host and even left us a great bottle of wine. We would suggest not letting an opportunity to stay here pass you by. Thank you Martine

Martine is a superb host. Things go wrong with *any* rental, but a measure of the stay is how they are handled. Martine did an sharing job of responding to our requests !! Location is very good, with free pool nearby, and household amenities were excellent.

This was a perfect location!! Rooms were great size, comfy beds and great bathrooms . Especially enjoyed the hot tub after a day of sightseeing!! Kitchen was well equipped . There were 6 of us , 79 yr old high school classmates!! We had a blast !!

Great place for families!

The house was perfect for our size of group - mom/dad, aunt/uncle, two girls and two boys. It had everything we needed, it was super clean, comfortable, and Martine (host) was so kind and replied to all our inquiries very quickly. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our four night stay at Martine’s home. She was very kind to purchase a portacrib and highchair for our baby’s use. The house has a comfortable living room and fairly large kitchen. We were an easy 15 minute drive from old part of Quebec City. We had a fun visit!

Enjoyed the house very much. Clean and spacious. We wished it had been a little closer to downtown Quebec so we could walk more, but otherwise we were very pleased.

Nice place but far from old Quebec

Great place! Clean and nicer than expected. It was a bit far from old Quebec (about 20 mins) and tricky to get a taxi for dinner. Besides that, it was a great place with lots a parking and room for everyone.

Everything was awesome! We spent a week in Quebec City to celebrate Carnavale. The house was a perfect blend of old and new. The appliances were very high quality. The dishes had wheat on them which made me reconnect with my prairie roots. We taught a new family member how to play cribbage and the hot tub was lovely after a day outside.Highlights for us were dogsledding with Aventures Nord-Bec Stoneham and the Valcartier Ice Hotel. Of course, no trip to Quebec would be complete without a visit to Montmorency Falls. Absolutely spectacular in winter. Thank you so much!!

More than we expected in many ways. A very warm, fun and comfortable home!

If you see this property available, consider yourself lucky. This is a very comfortable house with everything you need and more than you expect in many ways. Owner is very warm and welcoming and let us have complete privacy. Thanks very much Martine for letting us in your home!

It is a 4-bedroom house with 2 full baths. It is in a nice, safe neighborhood. It had a hot tub. The entire house was very clean. The house has kind of a quirky layout but was updated throughout. There was 1 bedroom & big bath upstairs & 3 bedrooms and a full bath downstairs. Everything worked in the house.The operator is very efficient and communicates very well and timely. I definitely recommend this place.

Fabulous Family Retreat

Such a wonderful, spacious, clean house with plenty of comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen new appliances and 2 full bathrooms. Easy 10-15 min drive into the city centre. The hot tub was conveniently located out back in a covered porch area. We loved the 5 recliners perfect for evening game and movie watching together! A wonderful gracious host who answered questions promptly and even left wine and chocs for our arrival. Perfect for our family of 5 with our 3 adult children! Thank you Martine.

This house was perfect for our family gathering to cheer on our son at the speedskating Olympic trials. It was easy to get to the Centre de Glace oval. My wife even walked one warm day. Grocery store and SAQ were walking distance. The house was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The kitchen had more equipment than my home and even had a selection of spices, etc. so we didn't have to buy a bunch for one or two meals. It had a drip coffee maker which was good as I hate the pods. The Japanes toilet with a remote was daunting at first but we figured it out. It certainly got a lot of speculation. We will definitely consider staying again when our son skates in Quebec City.

Wonderful House

This house has been very well and thoughtfully remodeled and decorated. It was a generous space for our family of 5 and convenient to what we wanted to do while visiting Quebec City. Martine is an exceptional hostess! Not only was she easy to communicate with, but there are so many little touches about the house to make it nicer for guests. Upon arriving we found a bottle of wine, tourist brochures, and a binder with notes on how to use the appliances. There were nightlights along the hallways, and flashlights in the nightstand drawers to help keep us safe at night. The kitchen was well appointed, the bathrooms were luxurious, the beds well all very comfortable, and my boys loved the living room adjustable lounging chairs. The outdoor spaces are also very well set up to enjoy all the seasons.

Excellent. Most well equiped property we have stayed at.

This was a very clean, well set up property. It was spacious with room for all to decompress. It had off street parking with remote check in. The screened in porch was very nice to have breakfast in. I liked all the recliners built into the seating arrangements. It was a quiet location. It was 15-20 minutes from downtown Quebec City. None of us wanted to leave. We would gladly stay here again

WOW!!

La propriété est très bien située, très bien entretenue et toutes les commodités y sont disponible. Les lits très confortables, deux salles de bain complètes et vous ne manquerez pas de serviettes, débarbouillettes. Dans la cuisine vous pourrez vous faire de bonnes bouffes... Il ne manque rien. Ah oui... vous ne vous entendez pas sur un film à écouter... Les enfants se chicanent... Pas de problème un tv dans chaque chambre. hihi En vacances on est dehors mais au cas où il pleut ne vous en faites pas vous aurez le choix de votre téléviseur. :-)Tout est parfait. Vraiment vous y passerez de très bons moments.

Great Stay!

We had a lovely experience staying here, and when we had questions as we planned our stay Martine was super helpful. Lovely home in a quiet little neighborhood easily accessible to all the great things to do in Quebec City. We would stay here again without a doubt.

Family vacation to Quebec City

Martine is wonderful and her home is beautiful and perfectly located. My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week discovering all that QC has to offer. Martine provides a lot of helpful information as well! A pleasurable experience all around!
