numerous outdoor activities including world class skiing-hiking-kayaking-fishing-white water rafting-mountain biking-jeep trails and many other outdoor activities!
We have 2 very nice kayaks available for use and 4 life vests!

We were in the area for our daughter’s wedding and our large family was able to stay here very comfortably! Our hosts were amazing and available for questions!!Great experience!

The home is large and has ample living and bedroom space, as well as nice outdoors space. Its right by the lake so its beautiful to sit out by the water, walk around the lake, or paddle/kayak. The kitchen is well equipped and there are ample towels and pillows. Although I70 is nearby, the sound insulation is great and we couldnt hear the noise through the windows/walls. Overall we had an excellent time!

Loved the property and was perfect location for the wedding as the night before reception was at Cabin Creek Brewing and the wedding was in Silver Plume. All of the bedrooms were very nice and loved the kayaks. Grandson loved the ping pong table.Was looking for a few other cleaning supplies like detergent for clothes and ziplock bags for food storage.

With most VRBO's I have stayed at there are always things that require maintenance.Sticky door, light bulbs, cabinet drawers unaligned or off rollers,(hard to open and close) and windows with broken hardware.

The house was large and held our group well. The kitchen wasn't as large as I expected, but it suited us fine. It was easy to get to ski resorts and other towns. We would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

This was the perfect place to spend the Thanksgiving weekend with the entire family! There's a ton of room for a large group to settle in in comfort, and everyone had a great time! The house offers beautiful views looking across the lake where you can spot big horned sheep on the mountain side. The hosts are super friendly and accommodating! I whole heartedly recommend this house!

The house was perfect for us. Plenty of space and it was stocked with everything we needed. Would certainly rent this house again anytime of year!! Had a wonderful time!Recommend replacing bar stools in kitchen.

This was an amazing property. We chose to get married here and it did not disappoint! The house was beautiful, the owners are very friendly and quick to respond. My family have decided that we will try to have a yearly trip (see how winter or spring look too). 100/100 recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay on the Georgetown lake at Donald and Marcia’s property! The host’s communication was phenomenal and the house was extremely clean and spacious. We had plenty of room for our large family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was stocked with everything we needed for meals. We especially enjoyed the heated garage room that was the perfect for hosting our Christmas games. We already cannot wait to come back and stay again next year!
