I booked this condo for a solo hiking trip. The location next to a creek and offers hiking trails around a local lake was amazing. The condo was perfect and more than what I needed but was so thankful I booked mainly due to awesome communication with the host. A lot of small town charm in Georgetown.

Comfortable and convenient for hiking around Guanella pass, a walk around the lake, and restaurants in Georgetown. Great for an easy getaway from Denver.

Overall the place was a nice home base for our trip to Georgetown for some mountain hiking. Everything was great except it was difficult to find the exact apartment when we arrived and the place was a bit smelly (like a basement). Not sure if it was the plug-in scent in the hallway or something else, but we needed to open up the windows and patio door to air the place out.

Absolutely loved staying here. We were right next to the creek which I enjoyed sitting by at all times of the day. Within walking distance to easy and moderate hiking trails. Also many other beautiful trails within driving range. Within walking distance to the brewery and convenience stores while staying just far enough away to remain quiet from the downtown area. Highly recommend checking out the Guenalla pass as it is a stunning drive with hiking trails and campsites close by. Great price for the location, looking forward to staying here in the future

Very clean and beds were comfortable! Easy parking and great location for hiking Grays/Torreys and Mt. Bierstadt. The town is walkable and several places to eat. The host was quick to respond to questions I had prior to arrival. We enjoyed our stay here.

The place was clean, comfortable, loaded with all that you need, including a ton of board games. Instructions were spot on. Host communicated the details required well in advance and kept in touch through the stay to answer questions.

We loved being right next to the mountains. The place was clean and perfect size for our family. Bed was comfy and easy access to some 14ers and train ride.
