Our 1500 sf unit offers a great price alternative to booking 3 separate rooms at a luxury hotel. PLEASE NOTE RATE SHOWN IS FOR 2 PEOPLE. IT IS $12 EXTRA PER NIGHT FOR EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST.

Not only do you have awesome ocean views from the 8th floor in one of Salinas' best high-rises but you have all the conveniences of home. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room , formal dinning for six, a large ocean view living area with DVDTV and high speed internet throughout the unit. All our furnishings and linens are high quality and chosen to compliment our overall design. You also can enjoy a large sea front terrace with table and chairs that is perfect for candlelight dinners, early morning breakfasts or just relaxing in the sounds of the ocean. We also feature state of the art remote controlled ac units that are super quite and quickly cool the room. The large master bedroom has an excellent ocean view, a custom made Queen bed, a spacious private bath and a DVD TV. The "Sweet Dreams" 2nd bedroom comes with a Queen bed and a private bath and is designed for those who like maximum quietness with less light. The 3rd bedroom has an ocean view with 2 extra wide twin beds, and private bath. You can enjoy our large pool and gym and make reservations for your private use of one our two "open to the stars" Jacuzzi hot tubs, Steam sauna, or Turkish dry sauna or just lounge away the hours on our large open deck area. From our tremendous central location you can conveniently take early morning walks on the beach and breezy evening strolls on the Malecon or dance until late in the night at a local disco as our building provides 24 hour security and staff. Also you can easily access all the many water sports and cruises for which Salinas is famous and enjoy its wonderful sidewalk cafes and Malecon restaurants as well as the new municipal pier without having to take a taxi. We also offer private secure garage parking in a separate parking facility for one car at no extra charge. Maid service is available for an extra fee as is transportation to and from the airport in Guayaquil.

Ecuador stay

Could not use oven. Or the dishwasher. We had a great time except for the couch and bed were as hard as the floor. We took the couch backs and put on the bed. Helped out some. Ppl are great here. Everyone was so helpful. Clean, plenty of room.

The apartment has everything you need and more. Phil has though of everything and communicating with him was fast and easy. Access to the apartment was easy and the staff was very helpful.

Excellent place to stay for the holidays

Phills place is great, all the things you need and right across the street from the beach. The public places have a pool, hot tub, sauna, workout room and some game tables. Good Wifi. The suggested restaurants were spot on. I will book again

Great location in a secure building..

3 bedroom with 3 baths. Access to beach is across a one way street. Good food available all round the condo. If you prefer to eat out although the condo has most every you need to prepare your meals there. You are provided a well prepared welcome kit. Information on how to! and where to shop . Phil communicates well and is very helpful.

Phil's Paradise

Phil's Paradise is located in one of the nicest buildings on the Salinas. My wife and I have been here over a month. Overlooking the ocean, it is exactly as pictured, with the art work giving it the finishing touch. As a cook, the kitchen has a five burner stove, gas/electric oven as well as MW, open to the main room, has been great. Checkin was seamless as Phil has a lock box, which is always handy. Phil has been very helpful in local questions. As a long time renter, I highly recommend Phil's Paradise.

Very accessible

Property was good for the price. Very accessible to everything offered of Salinas. Other than the mixup of the place not being clean b4 we got there. All else was good. Manager/owner Phil Kenner has offered a refund on the cleaning fees. Im waiting for that soon. I advised him of issues and he responded within good time. Great view of both the ocean & the city.

Great location

Lively place, great location. Well equipped. We were a bit taken aback by an extensive and expensive inventory, especially when the inventory was inaccurate and a number of the items were missing. The guest manual for example indicated we would have to pay US$100 for a missing microwave plate. However, the owner later told us he just had not updated the guest manual or removed the inventory listing. We were there during carnival so found it a bit noisy but one of the bedrooms has no windows and is quieter. Great air conditioning!

My relaxing stay at the Kennemers

I found the interior of the condo to be clean, well-maintained and appealing to the eye. i enjoyed taking my coffee out on the balcony and watched the people and boats in the water. One could hear the soothing sound of the waves thrashing upon the shore. This melted away all my stress and worries. On the property was a jacuzzi, sauna and outdoor pool. The condo is situated right on the malecon- extremely close to many fine restaurants. My favorite restaurants were "The Luv-In Oven" and "Crepes". These two are not to be missed! While there I went on a "train-bus" tour of Salinas. I found this to be a must for learning about the area. There is also a city bus tour. I went in a few shops and visited outdoor booths that sold some unique momentos that I bought for gifts. I hope to return to the Kennemers" condo and most certainly would recommend it to others.

The Best property in town

We spent a good time in Salinas and stayed at the best property in town. Aquamira building offered whatever we wanted during our stay . Clean ,secure and well kept apartment we could have hoped for . The fitness equipments were not up to par as we are fitness fanatics, if not I would have given 5 stars .

Joy at the Beach

Last week, we had the great pleasure of staying in a lovely condominium in Salinas, Ecuador. Salinas is one of the grandest, cleanest, and most modern developed beaches, close to Guayaquil, the biggest city in Ecuador. We were right on the ocean on the eighth floor of one of the newest high rises. The ocean views were spectacular! Furnishings in the condo were complete in every way, elegant and comfortable with a large living area, highly functional kitchen, three bedrooms, and three baths, as well as air-conditioning in every room. We were within short walking distance along the beach to many restaurants and stores, as well as the Yacht club. Both owners were genial, adaptable, and easy to work with.

Grand Location

For your home away from home, this three bedroom, three bath Silver Sea condo would be a fine choice. The appointments with a tropical flair are welcoming and inviting, enhanced by a georgeous balcony view of the beautiful Pacific. With all amenities for comfortable living, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, laundry this condo is ideally located in a secure building, close to restaurants, beach activities. I had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the festivities Salinas is known for, most of all due to my very pleasant accommodations. You will enjoy you stay also.

We traveled many places in the world looking for a place to retire and chose Ecuador because of its beauty, its climate, its friendly warm people, its affordability and peacefulness. We were anxious to leave behind the heat and humidity of Houston, Texas. Now we own a beautiful home high in the Andes mountains in a wonderful place called Cuenca and we also own this gorgeous ocean front condo here in Salinas. We love hosting people and sharing the wonderfulness of Ecuador with them.

We had wanted have a place on the coast we could enjoy occasionally and the rent out to discriminating guest the rest of the time. We wanted a luxurious place with lots of amenities. We traveled up and down the coast of Ecuador and this place was the best we found anywhere. In Salinas the waters are calm and bay like, not choppy like the rest of the coast. The town is a well developed resort town not a dusty fishing village with no hot water. It is often called a little Miami and it has all the comforts and beauty you seek in an ocean vacation resort.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Because of its "middle of the Malecon" location it is much quieter and peaceful than those units which front the main beach at San Lorenzo. It is easy to enjoy the beach and all the restaurants without having to endure the noise of loud rock bands and discos that you find toward the main beach and yacht club. Also, it is located a modern luxury condo. With two spas, a steam and dry sauna, gym, and two swimming pools , and 24 hour service staff, it is like living in a 5 start hotel. The views from our windows are spectacular and the whole experience is as good as it gets on the coast of Ecuador.
