This 4-bedroom, 3-bath mountain home boasts stunning views of both the mountains and the golf course, comfortably sleeping up to 9 guests. Located less than 2 miles from the ski resort, it’s perfect for winter fun like skiing, ice skating, snowboarding, and tubing, while in summer it’s just steps from the Beech Mountain Club golf course and its recreational activities. Each bedroom has its own TV, and the home features large decks on both levels with long-range views. Fully furnished, it offers high-speed internet, Roku TV, utilities, linens, and towels. Upstairs has two master suites with king beds and en suite baths, plus a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a 65-inch flat-screen TV and a floor-to-ceiling wood-burning fireplace. Downstairs features an entertainment room with two more bedrooms—one with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and the other with a queen bed—a bathroom, gas log fireplace, another 65-inch TV, foosball, air hockey, a Pac-Man arcade game, board games, books, and access to the lower deck. The long, nearly flat driveway offers easy, safe parking, unlike many steep driveways in the area. Optional Beech Mountain Club guest memberships are available for an additional fee, giving access to golf, swimming, fitness facilities, pickleball, tennis, dining, and more.

What a great place! The distance to the slopes is perfect, the house is spacious enough for two families of four and the games, movies, and books are a perfect addition. This place is my top recommendation if you're looking for a home-like feel with everything at your fingertips. We will be back next year, this host did a marvelous job and was great with communication, very cleanly place, and it had every amenity that you could need. Thank you for helping make memories for our Family!

Nice visit

We liked the house, its views, beds, and amenities. We cooked many meals there and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our only complaint is the dustiness.

Enjoyed the deer

We enjoyed our stay. The house is adequate and comfortable. It could use a good cleaning as it was rather dusty. There was only one towel and wash cloth per person per bed space. Thankfully we only had 4 people staying or we would have been washing towels each day. We really enjoyed feeding the deer that would even eat out of our hand. The deer corn left in the house was a nice touch. I would recommend the owners leaving the heat turned a little higher than 50. It took 5-6 hours to get the house warm enough upon arrival. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Thank you for the feedback. I read all the reviews and try to make improvements whenever possible. I will let the cleaning folks know about the dust. I agree with you about the heat being too low. Although we don't want to heat the house when it is vacant, I am going to increase the minimum heat in the winter. The deer are one of the many fantastic things about Beech Mountain. Thank you for staying at our home.

We had the most relaxing 4th of July vacation at this beautiful cabin! It was tucked away on a very quiet road, just down from the golf club. The views were amazing! Decks were new, bed was super comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need-including a Keurig if you only need a single cup. Home was decorated with vintage ski decor and super cozy. The owner was fantastic as well so thank you for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful cabin!

Greatest family vacation

What a great family vacation! The property itself is beautiful. The fireplace was perfect because our week was negative 10. The house was fully stocked with everything that we needed. I have stayed at a lot of other places and this is by far the cleanest one that I've ever stayed at. Definitely have a four-wheel drive vehicle it is a climb to get to the house but the parking is great very level. They do have a small grocery in town. Will definitely book this property again one of the best!

We really enjoyed our trip to Beech Mountain! The house was great! We had 7 adults (18-79) and 1 child (9) and had a blast! Loved the deer - even though we live in south Georgia - we don't get the opportunity to see that many and get that close to them! The living room/dining room was smaller than what it looks but that wasn't an issue at all for us! It was close to the resort and was easy to find. Loved the free sledding hill for the kids to play on! That was a huge hit for the 9 year old! We would love to come back again! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! Lori

Beautiful mountain getaway

We had such a wonderful time staying here. The house comes with everything you need and the playroom kept us and our two young boys entertained on the rainy days. The house and views are beautiful and we look forward to renting again!

Great property

From the commencement of this rental, months before actual occupancy, communication with the owners was excellent. If you are going to Beech Mountain for the weather and wildlife, this is a great property. If you play golf you will be just a 3 minute walk from the golf clubhouse. If you enjoy wildlife there is a resident bear family seen every evening and dozens of deer. The deer are somewhat domesticated and some will accept hand feeding. The song birds gather at the bird feeder and hummingbirds are plentiful. Just sitting on the upper deck at sunrise and breathing is joyful. The premises is clean, roomy and comfortable. A problem at Beech Mountain generally is cell service. However the fiber optic internet service at this property is fast and has great bandwidth. All in all this is a peaceful and convenient property that will make you want to to return.

Family Ski Trip

This property is quiet, comfortable and well laid out. We enjoyed daily visiting deer. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of hot water.

Perfect for families

We stayed with our family and loved the two levels. My mom and Grandma loved that there was some separation from the grandkids when needed. =) We loved going on walks and taking in all of the beautiful scenery.

Terrific Weekender

Great place for families. Well appointed and clean. Awesome wood burning fireplace. Nice location near the golf course. Private. Golf course paths are great for walking out of golf season. Not particularly close to town. Some spices in cabinets, but you’ll need to bring your condiments - get what you need in Bannner or Beech before heading to the house.

We are a family of five from Lake Norman, North Carolina. We enjoy fishing, boating, outdoor activities, gardening, playing games and any kind of family activity. We have three young children, a dog, cat and a guinea pig and our full time house can get a little crazy but we wouldn't have it any other way!

We wanted a place to get away from the busy school and work schedule. We love the relaxed atmosphere and weather that the North Carolina mountains provide and the activities we can't do at home. We hope is to create many memories for our children by spending time in the mountains as a family.

Winter activities include skiing , snowboarding, tubing, ice skating and sledding. Summer activities include swimming, hiking, tennis, golf, pickle ball, zip lining , fishing. Optional Beech Mountain Club guest membership available with dining, activities and events. Fantastic mountain views and a golf course view from the outside deck with a barbecue grill. Home has comfortable layout for entertaining and family get togethers. Downstairs offers a great recreation area for the kids. Board games are available for the family to enjoy after a day of skiing and there is also bumper pool and air hockey table. The upstairs bedrooms are en-suite and there is 1 full bath downstairs. Ample parking. Sleds and snow toys in shed on deck. Everything is close by, less than 2 miles to skiing. Steps to the Beech Mountain Golf Club.
