Located in the one of the finest, safest and quiet neighborhoods in Rancho Mirage, our home is walking distance to The River Mall and only 1 mile from the famous "El Paso" drive. The home has been completely remodeled into a modern masterpiece. The living area looks out onto a private pool and fire pit and provides the ultimate space for entertaining. Our home is very private, very quiet and relaxing. It is the perfect get away for a couple or two or a family that wants to have a great time in the sun. Our exclusive rental provides a spa like feeling with interior styling they may make you feel like you are at a boutique hotel. Special Note: The construction you see next door in some photos is completely done, so no danger of any construction noise or dust.

Caryn and I live in Seattle with our 4 children, we love to come to the desert and relax to get out of the wet winter weather. Our home was recently remodeled top to bottom and we designed and had a brand new pool and firepit put in the back yard. We hope to attract visitors that was a quiet spa like experience, whether it be a couple or a family, enjoying the pool, mountain views and nearby shops and restaurants.

Our home is classic Palm Springs indoor outdoor living. We spend most of our time outside, by the pool or fire pit. The home is a mid century modern design, with floor to ceiling windows that look out over the pool. We wanted a classic Palm Springs experience and I think we created it for ourselves and our guests. Our neighborhood is filled with similar homes that have been remodeled, we enjoy walking throughout our neighborhood and looking at the architecture. Finally, we are nestled up against the mountains, which makes the views nice, keeps the wind to a minimum and makes for a great experience.

Our home is in the south part of Rancho Mirage, in Magnesia Falls Cove, nestled up against the mountains. The desert cities can get windy from time to time, however, our home being in the southern part of the valley gets very little wind respectively and is protected by the mountains. We are also right across the highway from the River Mall, with many restaurants and shops, one mile from El Paseo drive, the "Rodeo Drive" of the desert, close to a great park with tennis, pickleball and a huge playset for kids. Finally, our neighborhood is one of a kind, safe, unique and friendly, we hope you decide to come visit us.
