Excellent location for this privately owned, gated condo in Shadow Mountain Resort. Accommodations include: Fully equipped villa; gated with free parking as well as WiFi and cable. Balcony with view for outdoor relaxation. Close to private pool/spa, a seasonal onsite restaurant, and guest laundry. Also adjacent to Shadow Mountain golf; a popular public course. Very relaxing place for your next stay in Palm Desert.

Comfy and Cozy!

Leading up to the stay, the host was very communicative and informative of checking in and locating the rental. The ease of checking in was a breeze and it was very clean upon our arrival. Once we settled in, I had a question and the host was very responsive, which we all certainly love when we’re renting! The room had an informational welcome packet and had all of the accommodations you could look for! There is a kitchen that had the essentials to cook breakfast and a great AC that kept us nice and comfortable. The bathroom had lots of space and towels to accommodate us during our stay.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a safe and secure place that has all of the accommodations for a little getaway! Thank you for hosting us!

Wonderful Palm Desert Location

First and foremost, our host, Sherry, was excellent. Very responsive and helpful from start to finish. One hiccup along the way that was out of Sherry's control but she handled it like a pro and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great central location. First unit we were in was a 2nd floor with a balcony which was quite enjoyable. Two things I would take issue with are the musty smell and the mattress on the bed. The second unit we stayed in was extremely welcoming and was on the 1st floor. The only thing we missed was having a balcony to enjoy the view. Both units were well stocked with the necessities. All in all it was a wonderful stay. Having a host that was very helpful and accommodating was a huge plus. We even met some other guests/owners and their sweet pets! AND, if tennis is your thing, this is the place for you. If visiting the desert, this is a great option and we would stay again.

It is a studio with a Murphy bed - not that comfortable. it's nice to have a kitchen.The location is terrific.

Perfect for two people

This is a studio and it's perfect for two people. It has a cooking range, microwave, and also a medium sized fridge. The unit was remodeled and the unit was clean. The location was good and with easy access to grocery stores and other restaurants.I raised two minor issues with the host, and the host was very responsive. I would stay here again.

Lovely Palm Desert condo with a short walk to El Paseo restaurants and shoping.

Excellent recently remodeled studio condo. The kitchen was spacious with all the fulltime home cooking needs- even an air fryer. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The grounds are nice and the main pool is huge and a great place to relax. The host provided prompt communication via text. The check in/out process was speedy.

A great Palm Springs experience.

Sherry is a fantastic host, right from the booking, the check in and throughout our stay. The flat is completely updated and very comfortable for 2, close to shops and restaurants. The golf course next door has evening entertainment you can join in on. We would definitely recommend this as a perfect Palm Desert place to stay.

Great location!

We had a great stay, it is in a great location close to shopping and dining. The check in process was very easy, and Sherry was communicative and responsive with any questions. The home was well-equipped with appliances, silverware, pots and pans. We found the bed and sofa to be very comfortable.

Place is great

The place is great for any Coachella festival goers. The location is in a great area and there are lots of good shops/restaurants nearby. The host was very responsive during the week of check-in to ensure we have the proper directions to get to the unit. Only downside is that the rate has gone up dramatically year over year.

Almost perfect

The facility was wonderful. The amenities were great. The major downside was that we arrived after dark and not being familiar with the route from the airport to Shadow Mountain.Once we became acclimated, things went smoother. Having lived in Palm Desert for several years in the early 2000’s we were excited to be returning and did meet some friends from 14 years ago.

Nice studio

Sherry was great! Studio was clean and stocked with everything you need. The patio furniture was comfortable to sit outside on. Short walk to the El Paseo. If you wake early enough you will see the sun come up and light up the mountains. Room is exactly as you see in the pictures.

Winter wedding base camp

Sherry was great, very accommodating, and easy to communicate with. The condo is in a great location, close to the living desert and El Paseo. There a nice view of the mountains from the second floor and a lovey deck to enjoy some desert air. The condo was clean and nicely appointed. I would stay there again.

Desert trip

In general, all was clean and nice …we enjoyed the area and relaxing…. However, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the room had a loud odor, much like an “ old house”, which made it difficult to “ hang out”…

Palm Desert Heaven

Sherries place was beautiful, clean, and had thoughtful add ons like coffee, a fan, paper plates, shampoos etc. She thought of everything! The resort pool was huge and a guy on a skateboard was the cocktail server at the pool. Felt like a real vacation with my pina colada.

Palm Desert getaway

Excellent location in a gated community in Palm Desert. It's a short walk to El Paseo, the fashion, arts, restaurants, clothing and jewelry store district of Palm Desert. The property is a little dated but I understand there will be some renovations this summer. Sherry was an excellent host. Any questions that I had she got back to me properly.
