Very nice place very clean had all the amenities we needed. Would’ve loved for the bed in the couch to be switched around so you can watch the sunrise from the bed but really loved how they had chairs and an umbrella and cooler for us to go to the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect. Being right on Kaanapali Beach and able to walk over to Whalers Village for food, drinks, shopping, was so convenient. The view from the lanai was beautiful and we loved sitting out there in the mornings and evenings. The studio had everything we needed and was a great home base for our trip. The host was also super easy to communicate with and very responsive. We had such a great time in Maui and would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

The condo 963 is clean and great location.They provide everything we needed.I’ve been using vrbo for the last 13 yrs. So far so good.

Lovely stay at The Whaler

This was our second time staying in this unit at the Whaler and we will certainly be back! The location can't be beat. Beach is beautiful, nice walking path, shops and restaurants in close proximity, and easy drives to explore more of the island. The unit meets all of our needs, was clean, and has a great view. We extended our trip while we were there and the property manager was helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend!

Anniversary in Ka'anapali

The Condo was perfect for our needs. Clean and spacious for a studio. Immediately next to Whaler's Village, with shops, restaurants, and ABC store. Parking was free, or included with relatively small resort fee. Free chairs for beach use provided near the pool area. No concerns, we hope to stay there again!

Nice time

Everyone was very pleasant and had plenty of signs about wearing masks. Good location for going on walks. The only bad thing was that even though there were signs about not leaving your chair at the pool vacant for more than 30 minutes, we saw quite a few doing just that and would stake out their chairs and not be in the pool, but were perhaps at the beach - for the whole day! The resort needs more chairs on the grounds and in the shade.

Property canceled the day before we were to arrive.

Property canceled the day before we were to arrive. Fortunately the property management was able to find another unit. The owner should have let us know way before the day ahead. The unit was being remodeled. Not sure we can trust VRBO for future vacations.

Great property!

We had an awesome trip! A few snafus with the management company (they changed our room AFYER we paid, room was very sandy upon checkin, they told us we could have a very late checkout and we agreed on time, then on the day before checkout, they cut off 4 hours, which caused us to have to cancel plans). Outside of the management company, the property and room are fantastic!

Great Stay

The Whaler 963 was everything we expected. The view is spectacular. The room was ready and was furnished as advertised. Couldn't have been happier. Looking forward to coming back.

Amazing ten days on Maui!

Apartment was perfect, very clean, comfortable and great space for two. View from the lanai of the west Maui mountains and the ocean was gorgeous. Will definitely return!
