Beautiful brownstone facing the park in Calgary's Mckenzie Towne community. 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, WIFI, Laundry, Modern Kitchen, Patio and more! Close to all the shops and restaurants on High Street in Mckenzie Towne and just minutes from the shopping at fabulous 130 Ave SE! Quick drive to Quarry Park, Spruce Meadows and the South Health Campus and only 25 min to Downtown, Stampede Grounds and the Zoo! The town of Okotoks is also just 15-20 minutes by car.
This home boasts over 1900 sq ft spread over three levels.
The main level of the home features; kitchen, powder room (bathroom), living room and access to the yard and private patio. The modern kitchen features new tile back splash and quartz counter tops along with white cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. There is a living/family room just off the kitchen featuring a gas fireplace.
You will find 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms along with the laundry room on the UPPER level. On the LOWER level there is an additional bedroom and a full bathroom. Every room has PLENTY OF LIGHT! As someone who stays in hotels for a living, you can rest assured our home will have everything you need when you arrive.

Comfortable mattresses , with fresh linens and warm bedding. We also provide soaps, standard toiletries and clean towels for your use during your stay. I take the comfort of my guests very seriously. Unlike a hotel which just changes the sheets in between guests, I ensure that all BEDDING and LINENS are fresh for each new guest. This includes the laundering of bedspreads, duvets, duvet covers and sheets. When you arrive you can be assured that everything is fresh and clean!

Guests MUST AGREE to walk pets off property for potty breaks and pets are not permitted on any of the furniture or on the carpeted areas of the home which include second level of the home (the upper bedroom level) and the lower level of the home (lower bedroom area). These are carpeted areas and we try to keep to a minimum where the pet fur travels as it makes it easier in the long run to keep the home very clean. Guests must agree to this prior to booking.

We live just five minutes from this home and are always nearby when needed.

We chose this property as it's located very close to QUARRY PARK (10min), the SOUTH CALGARY HEALTH Campus (8min) & SPRUCE MEADOWS (13 min). There is nearby access to the largest city park in Canada just a short walk from this home, this park is called Fish Creek Park. Grocery Stores, Pharmacies, Doctors, Dentists, Massage, Coffee Shops, Walmart; all within walking distance.
Step out the front door and walk to the city pathway system where you can enjoy beautiful views overlooking the Bow river and watch sunsets over the gorgeous views of the Rocky Mountains.
McKenzie Towne is a mature SAFE walk-able community in the heart of the south. Very peaceful and quite. Great place to stay if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of downtown.

This comfortable quiet town home is like no other! A place to rest your head, visit with family and somewhere you will feel safe at all times. We chose this home as a vacation rental as we loved the views of the park and the privacy in the backyard. Enjoy watching summer weddings take place on some weekends at the park across the street. The brownstones are very unique and have a calming energy about them. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom and we are just a short walk from all shops and amenities. The home is fully equipped with everything you will need and cleaned spotlessly.
