This beautiful beach front home is located in The Biscayne sub-division. Great views, great location, and plenty of rooms. Sleeps up to 12 in 4 kings and 4 full-sized beds. This exclusive privately gated community sits half way between the ferry landing and Crystal Beach.

This home is located in the most desirable and hottest spot on the peninsula. It is surrounded by luxurious homes at a very quiet and family friendly beach. Just sit back and relax on the deck or enjoy the breathtaking view in the comfort of air conditioning inside this open concept home.

Sleeps up to 16 persons comfortably, in beds. Downstairs has two bedrooms with a king sized bed and a private bathroom in each. Upstairs has four rooms and sharing one bathroom. Two rooms with king sized bed and access to the upper deck. The other two have 2 full-size beds in each. The powder room is located on the main floor. The beach shower is on the ground floor and it has hot water.

Great property. We've stayed here twice, once with two families and two sets of grandparents. The house is well maintained, easy walk to the ocean (catwalk is just a couple of houses down), great views, and peaceful. Great communication with the hosts. We'll likely book again.

The house was as is on the market. Our family reunion was GREAT!!!There were enough beds and the house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for lending your house with our family, We made great memories. Our guys went deep sea fishing and they brought back dinner... We all had a blast.

We have stayed at Doi & Malisa's beach house several times now. From the beginning, they have been most accommodating - quick to respond & clear with communication. We love that the house is so open & bright - beach view from all the balconies, large patio, 2 master bedrooms downstairs with a clean kitchen fully stocked with all the basics that you need. It's a gated community where you are literally at the beach once you walk across the bridge 3 houses away. So perfect all around - we'll keep coming back for sure!

The home was beautiful and well stocked with supplies to cook with. 2 wine fridges were a huge plus. Rooms and bathrooms were nice and well kept. Lots of wooden furniture outside , very nice and bright colors help you pick out the house from down at the beach. Neighborhood was great and felt safe. Live that the hwy is far from the neighborhood as it made for serine factors, no car noise or other noises. Love the fact that rooms did not have bunk beds as most of our guest were adults! Very smart choice by home owners.

House is just as pictured. Plenty of room for large groups Great location and view! Very large outdoor spaces. Very close to beach access, which was not busy at all. Things to note: 2 bedrooms have double beds, was a little tricky to fit 2 adults in each bed. Front door was hard to use but we just used side door to avoid damaging it. Neither of these were a problem for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a great time during our stay. He neighborhood was clean, private, and spacious. The house of the house allowed for a great family time. The location of the house was perfect as we were able to use our ATVs. We had an amazing time overall.

Great family vacation

We heard several times that this house was the best location and layout from our grown children. They had bedrooms upstairs for their children who were able to sleep while we played games downstairs. Great beach - quiet, hardly any fellow beachcombers. Our first time to visit TX beach was a great success!

Great Weekend Stay

We loved hanging out here. Girls trip (The VIVA Godsisters) came in celebration of a Platinum Jubilee Birthday. This spot was just what we needed...relaxation....downtime and great company. We had every cooking tool or appliance needed as well as sufficient towels and appropriate bedding. Additionally, the host was very courteous and responded quickly to any requests. We are looking forward to another stay here :-)

Great Get a way
