We are proud to provide our newer luxurious waterfront Homestead House with hot tub, boat dock, swim deck, and covered boat slips available! Sits on 15 acres of beautifully manicured lakefront property with AMAZING views of Beaver Lake, and the surrounding Ozark Mountains! 1900 sq ft of PURE LUXURY! Two bedroom, two incredible baths, large double head glassed showers, freestanding soaking tub, full kitchen-fully equipped, fireplace, large, open living room, island bar, three decks, gas grill and 7-person high end HOT TUB...JUST 120 ft from the water's edge/boat dock, swim deck! Coin op laundry next to our office, not available inside the unit. Bring your boat we have large, covered slips available! Don't have a boat? Rent fishing boats, pontoons, paddle boats at nearby Starkey Marina. Canoes, kayaks and paddle boats deliver to our dock. Fishing guides pick up and drop off at our dock with your fish cleaned and ready to cook! Enjoy canoeing, kayaking, trout and walleye fishing at the beautiful, White River just 2 miles drive. Enjoy all the activities in downtown, historic Eureka Springs...just 9 miles drive. PLEASE NOTE: We normally require a three-night minimum stay and full rates during summer months, special events and holidays; please inquire! PLEASE NOTE: We are not charging a separate cleaning fee. Beautiful cabin and location.

Cabin is beautiful, views are amazing. A few things that we found to be inconvenient are as follows: no washer and dryer in the cabin, must use laundry mat. Very very low water pressure in the master bath sinks, and HOT water took forever to get going throughout the cabin. Hot tub temperature locked at 100° and on average 102-103° is preferred especially in cooler months. Back door leading out to back porch is super difficult to open and the lock doesn't seem to actually lock. Hall bath shower temperature dial is backwards so to get hot water you need to actually turn it to cold.

Wonderful place to stay!

Incredible views! Cabin was spacious and clean. It overlooked the lake and has a great dock. It is in a great location with easy access. Short drive to Eureka springs and the river, if you plan on getting some good fishing in. We plan on coming back in the spring!

Great location

We stayed here as a quick getaway. It was in the perfect spot not too far away from home for us but far enough away to help us relax. The property is easy to get to. If you forget anything, there’s a great store that has some essentials and some gifts as well. The views are great and quite a few deer were seen. Definitely a great choice. We will be back.

Fantastic get away

My husband and I needed a few days of rest. This place was magnificent! Exactly what we needed. The Homestead Home had everything we needed and did not want to leave. We booked another trip for fall. Breath taking lake view with incredible sunsets. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful view and property

The place is even better than the pictures.The view of the lake is spectacular and the property was spotless. Everything we needed was right there. If we ever return to the area, this will be where we stay in a heartbeat.

Awesome place!

What a great cabin! It had it all: amazing views, nice furnishings, easy check-in and helpful staff. Would highly recommend this cabin to anyone trying to get away from it all for a few days. Hopefully we can come back soon!

Awesome cabin getaway

A friend and I brought our sons for a midweek spring break getaway and we couldn't have picked a better location. The cabin was amazing, the location was perfect, everything was so comfortable (from the couches to the beds to the towels to the hottub!). We had a great time!

Eureka Springs Trip

This cabin was exactly as advertised. We arrived after 5pm. We messaged the host and they responded immediately! The hot tub was hot and ready to use that night upon arrival. This isn’t always the case with rentals so this was a big bonus imo!! They had coffee, sugar, creamer all there and available for use, a much appreciated touch. When taking showers each day the water was hot and just enough water pressure (some would prefer more pressure but it was more than enough). We never ran out of hot water with 4 adults showering. The view was incredible. Lots of water activities that we didn’t do based on the time of year. We would totally recommend this cabin and would rent again. The staff at their convenience store were very helpful and friendly as well.

Best place I have stayed…..

From the minute we checked in, borrowed movies from their library and entered our extremely clean, smelling fresh with jazz music playing on the tvs softly cabin — we knew this was going to be a great week. Staying in the Homestead had so many upgrades and details in the wine glasses, plates, bowls — and kitchen throughout was beautiful. All of the light fixtures, lamps were so cute. The bathrooms looked very luxurious and we loved every minute of the very clean massive hot tub on the deck — private and overlooking the lake. I will be coming back with my husband and kids since this was for my Mom’s birthday. Maybe even a fun girls trip also! The help from the staff on restaurants to go to, and answers for hiking questions was so easy and appreciated. You also have the option to pay for drop off rentals (so easy) for canoes, kayaks or a paddle boat on their dock. I cannot say enough great things about this place. This is definitely a repeat place to visit!!!

peaceful with a view of the lake

The cabin was clean and beautiful. It had a great view of the lake and it was surrounded by trees. It was a very relaxing stay. When we wanted to go to town it was about a 15 to 20 minute drive on a very curvy road. The staff was very friendly in the office. We will be coming back.
