Our beautiful 2200 sq/ft Westside neighborhood home is just minutes from the best of Westside offerings; NW Crossing, restaurants, Downtown, and lots of excellent outdoor trails- right from our front door. Newly furnished, very clean and fully accommodated with everything you need to a perfect quiet getaway! Ideal for families and groups wanting to enjoy the Westside and be away from the party scene and noise of downtown Bend. Comfortably sleeps up to 8.

Three bedroom house includes large primary bedroom on the main floor with king bed, private bath, walk-in closet. Two large upstairs bedrooms each with queen beds. One of the queen bedrooms also has a trundle bed with two twins. House has two full baths and one half bath.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need, including blender, coffee maker and French press, slow-cooker, waffle iron, popcorn maker.

Large living room with open floor plan, family room with smart TV. A large collection of games, puzzles, and DVDs.

Back deck with outside dining and gas grill.

No RV or Trailer parking. No Smoking anywhere on premises. Priced for 4 guests-additional $25/night per guest over 4 guests.

Well behaved dogs welcome. NO CATS or other animals. Dogs must be kept off of furniture and bedding. 10 min walk to Overturf off-leash dog park.

There is a 5 night minimum-stay the during spring break and holidays.
