Everything as expected. Amazing location - especially for a young family. Great guide from the host as it related to unit location, how to get to the unit from the slopes, etc. Very happy - looking forward to staying again.

Great location. Once you can determine where it is it’s great, they give great instructions.Very easy walk to the bottom of the slopes and everything in the village

Great Condo and Location
Charlie was really accommodating and helpful during our stay. The condo was everything we wanted and the location was great. We will be coming back to stay here again soon.

Very Convenient Condo
Great location just off the slopes and adjacent to the ice rink. Parking in garage was simple. Family had a great time here, easy to come back to room for break from the slopes and then get back on.

Great location
Property is great - the only negative is there was no A/C in the bedroom and was warm in early evening, otherwise this was an excellent property.

Great Location
This was a great location and met our needs completely. Definitely gets hot in the afternoon with no AC but the fans help a lot! Make sure you get clarity on check in and check out times as we had confusion on both sides.

Check in is 4 pm and check out is 11 am. Im sorry there was confusion. It cools off to the 40s and 50s in the evening in July and August and fans are provided, so most of the buildings in Beaver Creek do not have air conditioning.

Great Location
Great location. It's a very dated unit, but the location is amazing. A few weird features. No closets in bedrooms, dated/out of place furniture, and you can't control the thermostat - always on 77 degrees. If you can live with that, the location is amazing.

Thanks for your review and comments about the great location right in the heart of Beaver Creek Village by the ice rink and just very short walk to the ski school and lifts. We have it priced lower than our other 2 bdrms in this same building to offset the older furniture. The condo is on the warm side, but In the winter it is not a problem and in the spring/fall you just have to open the window and it cools it right off. In the summer we have air conditioners for the 2 rooms.

Great location for all thing B.C.!
We recently stayed here for a week with our two sons aged 11 and 8. It was super convenient with easy access to the lifts as well as all village activities! Unit was well equipped and clean. The temperature was difficult to regulate but, fortunately, it was frigid outside so nothing a few cracked windows couldn't fix. Charlie the manager was accessible and helpful with the few inquiries we had while visiting. Would stay here again when the 4 of us return!

The Beav
BC has been our families go to spot for years, once we stayed in Market Square we got spoiled and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. The condo is cozy, we’ve been repeat customers we enjoy it so much. Its definitely a splurge but so convenient esp with kids. We come from Texas and once we arrive we rarely use our car. Our favorite restaurants are Dusty Boot and Blue Moose pizza.

BC family vacay
We just booked our 3rd time staying at this condo we love it that much, once you stay in the Market square its hard to stay anywhere else because the location and connivence cant be beat, especially with kids. The place feels so homey and Charlie is great to work with. The board games could use updating, it would be 5/5 if price was lower. My kids love the jet tub in the condo after skiing all day. Dusty Boot was our favorite place to eat there, short wait and kid friendly

Communication with the host was absolutely amazing. There were written instructions, videos, and quick response to messages. We loved staying in Market Square. You come off the elevator, and you are right there in the middle of the Village. The views were nice from the condo, part village, part mountain. My only complaints are very small ones. There is no ice maker in the fridge, which we didn't know ahead of time. Also, there was no sugar and a scant amount of salt and pepper. If I had known that, I would have brought all those things. All in all, it was an amazing trip. I would stay here again and would definitely book with Reed again!

Beaver Creek best location
The condo location was super convenient; the property managers were super quick to solve issues. Overall the condo was perfect for a family of 5.
We would to come back nest year! The only recommendations I have are 1) better pillows in the master bedroom (easy fix). 2) figure out how to cool down the unit at night (leaving the window open can get too loud and disturb kids sleep).
