A great spot! We stayed in late September. The property is close to everything. Very comfortable, bright and clean. It’s nestled in amongst the other units and has a (small) car parking space. Bedrooms are upstairs. Kitchen, dining, bathroom and laundry are all downstairs. Good exercise! Would be happy to stay again and enjoyed our time there very much,Thanks Costa

I highly recommend staying at the Durham in the heart of Glenelg. It's home away from home. If therevwere any questions they were answered immediately. Accommodation was beautiful clean and spacious. It's in the perfect location close to everything you need. Wonderful hosts to deal with I know we would like to go back the first opportunity we get. Consider staying at The Durham you won't be disappointed you won't want to leave.from Mary Eldridge

Close to everything

Great location in Glenelg. Tidy, compact townhouse with all the essentials. Perfect for my son & I for the week.

Lovely Little Townhouse

We enjoyed our recent stay at The Durham. The location is fabulous, in under a minute you are right in Jetty Rd. close to everything you could need. The townhouse catered for all our needs, comfortable beds and very clean and tidy. The Townhouse is small but all we needed as you can access all of Glenelg easily and its close to the airport. The parking space is small with a small car as suggested fits fine. We would stay again if visiting beautiful Glenelg .

Disappointed

Very small for 5 people. No cleaning equipment supplied but expected to leave property clean. Not quite what photos portrayed. Expected small cottage instead got small box.

We always welcome constructive feedback. It's disappointing to hear that the property did not meet your expectations with respect to size. The Durham is listed as a 2br town house, with bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom and both the images and description of the property are accurate. It is not listed as a cottage. We will however endeavour to list the size property in sqm in the future. The accommodation is equipped with cleaning equipment, and we don't require the property to be cleaned prior to check out. We only request that the property is left neat and tidy, that the dishes are washed and that rubbish is placed in the bins. We encourage all our guests at check-in to contact us should they require anything during their stay and we attend to all reasonable requests promptly. We are also available to answer any questions prior to booking and are happy assist travellers find accommodation that will suit their specific requirements.

We enjoyed our stay here. It's close to shops, restaurants, beach and playground. Very accomodating owners.
