Great condo!

Property was clean, kitchen was well stocked with any utensils/cookware you could need, and the owner was super friendly. The fishing pier was great. It is a short walk to the beach, and was never crowded.

The condo was perfect in every way! The owner, KayKay, was an absolute joy to work with and made sure we had everything we could possibly need! Great location, private pier, private pool, just perfect!

NEEDED VACA

Kay made the entire process so easy and less stressful from booking to our departure. It was an amazing experience and will definitely go back if she will have us. loved the pier, loved the location, everything was great.

Host was proactive and easy to communicate with. Really liked the flloor plan with views of the beach and access to private pier. In a great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Grocery store and good restaurants are within walking distance. Orange beach can get crazy-busy, but the smaller size of the condo building made it feel more private. The beach wasn’t too crowded, nor were the pool, parking lot, or elevators. We loved walking out on the pier at night. I especially appreciate that one bedroom contains four separate beds—perfect for teenagers! This is a rare find in beach condos. The overall space was comfortable and we had a wonderful time here.

Really good folks

We had a strange situation that had nothing to do with our hosts-condo owners and they made sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend their place for a family and them as hosts.

Beautiful condo and views!

There are so many special aspects about this condo - very clean, plenty of space, comfortable beds, great decor/furnishings, a smaller building than neighboring ones, security, quiet beach, private pier, and on and on. The owner was fantastic with communication, proactively reaching out prior to our stay about some work on-site. We would definitely recommend to anyone else, and we'll look to stay again!

Great place for 2 family gathering! Location, location, location

Kay Kay was so easy to work with and cared about our experience! The condo had breathtaking views and the inside was so nicely decorated. We had plenty of room for our 2 families. It was secure and family friendly! Highly recommended

Great! Comfortable! Condo! This place has room to move about and not feel crowded at all. The decor was very well done with a nice tropical feel. The view, the beach area, the pool and the pier all a plus. Highly recommend!

Right on the sand!

Hostess was terrific! The pictures don’t do it justice. And bunk bed in the third bedroom was great. We were worried about social distancing on the beach, but we were never crowded!

Wow!

We so LOVED staying at this property! KayKay was so kind and gracious and there was never more than 10 minute wait for her to respond to a text/question/need. The sunrises/sunsets from the pier were beautiful and the beach was quieter than other locations near by. If we’re ever in the area again, this will be the place we stay. ❤️❤️

Perfection!

We absolutely adored this place! The view is surreal! Pictures can’t possibly do it justice, bc it’s even better in person! I absolutely loved that you could access the balcony from the living room, the master bedroom, and the bedroom I had for my parents! My 4 kiddos absolutely LOVED their room, too, and enjoyed that each had their own bed. We loved the pier, and I enjoyed reading on it every day. KayKay is an incredible host, and was so responsive! We would absolutely stay here again!
