Four Seasons 904W is a beachfront, two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo, located in the only complex in Orange Beach with a private fishing pier in the Gulf.



Property Features:



• The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom, offering limited Gulf views from the 9th floor.



• The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats six and there are four barstools for additional seating.



• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.



• The living area has a sofa sleeper.



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom that includes a jetted tub and a separate shower with skylights above.



• Second bedroom features two queen-sized beds.



• Enjoy convenient check-in and check-out with keyless entry—no long lines required.



• Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles.

We enjoyed this property so much! Perfect spot on Orange Beach and the fishing pier was an added perk! The entire process was smooth from start to finish! We would stay there again!!

Overall ,very satisfied We loved the nice floor plan and as well that it was on the highest floor.The king-size mattress has clearly seen better days. It was badly sagging in several places, which made it very difficult to sleep comfortably. As a result, after the first night we were forced to move to the other bedroom and sleep in the two single beds.The kitchen was wel equipped and loved the little mini bar . We loved the location acces to the beach, the private pier of the location is a bonus.We where happy with the prompt response from VBRO on the repair of the dry machine .

The room was very clean and it was an easy process to enter the accommodation. The beach view from the room was good but being in a corner unit you couldn't see as much beach as you would like, however, I would stay in this unit again if nothing else was available. I liked the size of the 2 bedroom condo as it was very spacious. We had a great time here and would definitely stay again.

Has a very relaxing time.Husband used the pier for fishing, and I used it as a sun shade.Condo was clean and comfortable. Close to grocery, shops and restaurants.

Lovely condo and fantastic facilty. Two pools, great pier and covenient to everything. The owner couldnt have been any easier to work with.

So. Much. Space.

This low density condo complex was perfect for us - great location, wonderful beach access, clean & well stocked. The pictures don’t do this unit justice - it is so much more spacious than we thought! And the bonus private pier was so nice - especially to sit under when that sun got a little too hot for us.

We were well pleased with the condo. Positives: location, view, well-equipped condo Negatives: carpet in bedrooms needs updated, linens, especially dust ruffles need updating, pillows were hard as rocks. I would actually give this a 9 out of 10.

The property was great. The only problem is one of the two elevators was out of order until the day we left and the other one. Was on and off for three days. Once it was fixed everything was great.

Accommodating Support Staff Made Stay Great

So we got a unit that didn’t have pictures that was supposed to be beachfront. Wasn’t necessarily beachfront, but unit itself was very nice and you could still see the beach, just not a panoramic view. Got in the room and it was relatively filthy. We talked with customer service, and they promptly had someone come out and clean the unit. After that, stay was great, and they refunded cleaning fee. Would definitely make another trip with itrip.

Location was great! We loved the pier and the balcony. A couple of things that were pretty disappointing was the workout room and the advertised sauna that did not exist. It was a bit of a pain to have to go to the guard house to have them let us in and then to find it was a closet. The equipment is so close together that if two people worked out you might sweat on each other. Also, the tv situation was confusing with the 4-5 remotes with batteries out of some of them and the need for an extension cord to use the fire stick. Another thing that made things a little uncomfortable was the seating that was not comfortable for the family to sit and watch tv together. Invest in “comfy chairs” instead of style.

Our experience with itrip and Four Seasons at Romar Beach was excellent. The condo was clean and well equipped with, the security staff was friendly and efficient. The location is perfect, we'll gladly use itrip again.
