This Modern Villa is the perfect escape for relaxation or to host a large wedding or get together . It consists of 8 unique rooms with private bathrooms, fridge, coffee maker & more. 3 Rooms have full kitchen . Property is rented individually throughout the year and also is used to host large groups where everyone can have their privacy and share the incredible pool deck and view. Pool deck view of the high rise hotels is incredible. With over 12000 sq feet of land (1200 sq meters) and over 6000 sq feet under a/c this private villa is a dream come thru.

Beautiful place !!! I had my Bach party here and Mike and Carlos were absolutely amazing !!! Place was so clean and had everything you needed and close to everything !!! Definitely recommend this place !!!

A relaxing place to stay while in Aruba.

This was a perfect set up for a large family or group. Each room was it's own private retreat and each decorated very nicely. It was so enjoyable and relaxing to wake up steps from our own pool and private courtyard. The owners as well as the house keeper were extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating. The location is perfect, private and only a 5 minute walk to the beach and steps from several fantastic restaurants. When we take our next trip to Aruba we will definitely be staying here again.

Couldn’t ask for more!

Our stay was fantastic the property was perfect, and we had top notch service the entire time. There was a cleaning staff on site that cleaned the entire property everyday and we even had our own concierge that helped us with anything we needed like booking stuff to do on the island and whatever else. Would definitely stay here again.

Great accommodation, location and very helpful staff.

We had a fantastic time at Aruba Modern Hotel. Worked out extremely well for the large family group. Michael and his staff were very helpful and made us very comfortable. You can’t beat the location, close to the beaches, casinos, restaurants and all kinds of shopping. We will be back.

Awesome spring break

We rented the entire Villa for our group of 13. The location is great and extremely well maintained. There was plenty of room for all of us. Michael was an awesome resource and always available for any need or question. Can’t wait to go back!

We traveled with a group of 16 and this place was perfect! Clean. Friendly. Close to everything.

The owners Mike and Amanda were friendly and helpful. We rented a car from them and easily went to the grocery store for anything we needed. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and beach. Bus stop just out back. It is easy transportation and cheap. Rooms were nice and clean and weather was amazing. Blanca kept the rooms clean while another caretaker gentleman cared for the outside and pool area. We had an amazing time and would stay here again. Highly recommend! And if you get the chance to do a sea bob excursion, do it! Super fun!

Great Place, Great Accommodations!

I traveled to Aruba and stayed with friends - we rented the entire hotel and it was amazing! Most of the rooms have a great kitchenette, however, we used the room with the full-sized kitchen as our "home base" for food. We were able to purchase food for breakfast and lunch and save a bit of money, and then went out for dinner. Michael gave us some great recommendations for some awesome restaurants around town. He was super helpful with anything that was needed, from recommendations to being at our house in 5 minutes when we locked ourselves out (whoops!). Each room was clean, tidy and well-decorated. The location is fantastic too - we had use of the pool, but were within walking distance of the Mariott beach (all beaches are public) and the casino. It was a great vacation and the accommodations were PERFECT. Would definitely recommend to others AND come back and rent again.

I grew up in aruba from when I was a baby. Went off to live in Miami in 1998 and returned 3 years ago. My wife Amanda and two daughters Victoria & Amaya love to enjoy Aruba's incredible beaches . I enjoy spending time with them and also mountain biking is my passion here in aruba.

Recently fell in love and took over a Boutique Property across the street from the Marriott known as Hotel Modern World Aruba. The property is beautiful and is helping us live the Vacation Rental Life experience and meet people from all around the world which we feel is the perfect DREAM JOB! Host happy people on vacation in Aruba in a beautiful location near everything but also far enough to be relaxed.
