Our ''Savannah'' log home is a 2 bedroom/2 bath log home, approximately 1200 sq. ft., sitting just 500 yds from beautiful Table Rock Lake on the scenic Peninsula of Indian Point. Conveniently located just 8 miles west of Branson's 76 Music Blvd, and 1.5 traffic free miles from Silver Dollar City. This quiet and peaceful 'home away from home' offers all the comforts of home at a budget friendly price.

It features an open living room, kitchen and dining area with hardwood floors throughout. The living room has a 32'' flat screen TV with DVD and VCR, 2 wing back chairs, sofa sleeper, and imported Persian area rug. The adjoining dining area and adjacent kitchen are fully equipped with full size appliances: refrigerator with ice maker,glass top stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher and island with double stainless steel sink.

In the master bedroom you'll enjoy a king bed with a pillow top mattress, large walk-in closet, armoire, antique marble topped dresser and nightstands also with marble tops, 22'' flat screen TV and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a pillow top mattress and 22'' flat screen.

The Savannah has central heat and air conditioning for all the comforts of home.


Spacious front and back decks are perfect for lounging and charcoal grilling. Private parking is provided directly in front of the home. Watch the deer from the back deck as the sun sets behind the beautiful Ozark Hills overlooking Table Rock Lake.

We will consider trading to other vacation home owners, based on availability.

Home was spotless…. Perfect area to walk our dog .. yard was spacious and there was a nice no traffic area around the development to walk too! Comfortable beds .. Owner stayed in touch to be sure all was great…..We enjoyed our stay very much!

The house was perfect for what we needed it for. The listing says sleeps 8 but it only sleeps 6. There is pet rent per pet per night like most places but they dont have a book long list of dos and donts for the dogs which we liked!! Would definitely stay again with this host if we are in the area!! Thanks again for trusting us with your space!!

I believe the listing says maximum occupancy eight very explicitly. It also very clearly says master bedroom with a king second bedroom with a queen in the living room room has a pullout. I went through the sleeping arrangements with this guest!

Honeymoon Delight

We loved the cabin and space to spread out. Really enjoyed the deck with morning coffee and Bible Devotion. Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Great log cabin vacation

We all had great fun at this cabin. It was cosy, clean, equipped with all that we needed for our 4 night stay. The back deck was lovely and Cornhole boards had been supplied which led to some competitive matches! Communication with the owners was excellent. Would highly recommend!

Great value

Steve was wonderful during our stay. He checked in daily with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The cabin was very clean. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the deer in the mornings.

Great house and location

The house is just like in pictures. The location is very good. It was very clean. The beds are comfortable. Mr. Steve lives in the area so he is there to help you if you need to know any thing about the area. He allowed me to take my 3 small dogs. I would rent this house again if I go back to Branson.

This place is perfect. We didn't want to leave.

We spent a lot if time searching for a place to stay that could accommodate a larger sized dog without all the stipulations and this place was perfect. We enjoyed seeing the family of deer in the back yard and walking to the lake. Steve checked on us daily to make sure we had all we needed. We felt at home and had a wonderful time. We will make this place our first choice for future Branson trips. Thank you Steve for the hospitality and for making us feel welcomed.

Outstanding!!

We have stayed here several times because since we found this gem we don't stay any where else when in Branson!! The amenities are outstanding. Just bring your clothes & groceries if you want to cook, everything else is there! The McGinness' are fantastic hosts! At Christmas a beautifully decorated tree greets us, the cabin is beautifully decorated in a very homey feeling! Plenty of room for everyone with 2 bedrooms, & 2 baths, a sleeper sofa, full size dining table & not a little skimpy one, it is a beautiful wooden one. And there is always a special touch! I can not say enough about this place! Large back deck & big yard, picnic table on the front porch. Close to SDC which avoids all the traffic! Oh & did I mention the price,....great value!!

Cute place to stay, perfect size for the 3 of us. Blazing hot and when we asked the host gave us ideas for a pool to visit. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and checked in on us every other day to see if we needed anything. Very pleasant experience.

Absolutely loved our time here my fiancé, dad and I stayed here with our three dogs and it was exactly what we were looking for. The host was very responsive and checked in on us to make sure everything went smooth. Loved that they also had tvs in the bedrooms. A lot of places we’ve stayed in the past don’t so that was a nice surprise. Would definitely book again!
