From tennis and pickleball enthusiasts to beach-bound families, this updated and exceptionally clean World Tennis Club condo offers a relaxing retreat , plus amenities galore within an 82-acre gated community. Step out onto the screened lanai of your picturesque 2-bed, 2-bath first-floor unit to take in views of the lake. Morning meals served here are a truly tropical experience — keep an eye out for ducks and bunnies gathering on the lawn and otters at play in the lake just steps away.

Inside the Condo
Fresh paint, new carpet, and new tile floors go hand in hand with updates in the granite-lined kitchen and bathrooms. Lake views drift into the living room, where the tropical vista competes with a 40” flat screen TV with cable and Netflix and Free WIFI.

Sweet sleep awaits in the expansive master suite, furnished with a queen-size bed, a flatscreen TV with Netflix and a DVD player, and a private en-suite bath with a spacious tiled shower. The kids will adore the guest room with two twin-size beds, fresh nautical colors, and another flat screen that receives Netflix only. Another bright guest bath promises ample space for everyone to get ready before an evening exploring historic Olde Town Naples, or after a day of sun at Naples’s pristine beaches.

Our screened-in lanai remains the star of the show. Pour yourself a cup of coffee in the fully-equipped kitchen and stroll past the white-washed dining table to start your day with sweeping water views and visiting wildlife at a cute cafe table.

Fantastic stay!

Our family of 4 enjoyed this clean, spacious & well equipped property. Check in was a breeze, and our host was kind, responsive & flexible with our travel schedule. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and having in unit washer/dryer was amazing! The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and building Legos. The community has a great pool, basketball court and tennis courts, which we enjoyed. The condo is only a short drive to the beach, and is close to shopping & restaurants. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Naples!

Listing was everything promised plus!

This is my fifth time staying World Tennis Club. Condo was clean and well stocked. Very nice furnishings. All questions were answered quickly Listing was everything promised plus. This was the nicest condo we have stayed in WTC. They take great pride in ownership was a pleasure dealing with Karl. Will definitely be back!!

Great experience in Naples

This was our first stay at the World Tennis Club, and it immediately became our favorite place in Naples. The condo was immaculate, has a nice view from the lanai, and is an easy walk to two swimming pools. The tennis community was very welcoming, giving me the chance to play every day. And Karl was a great host, making the check-in a breeze and handling a minor issue with a ceiling fan quickly and efficiently. We will be back next year.

Perfect VRBO

Awesome host who was readily available if we had any questions. Unit was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the lanai with a beautiful view of the pond. Unit was close to shopping, restaurants, activities and walking paths. Would highly recommend this place for a vacation in Naples!!

Christmas Break Stay

Fantastic property, quiet, beautiful, secure. Excellent surrounding area. All shopping and restaurants you could ask for. Karl was easy to deal with. Absolutely no issues. We would love to return in the future.

Hands down the best place to stay if you’re visiting Naples! The condo is absolutely beautiful and clean! It was fully stocked with everything we need. Karl is extremely responsive and accommodating. The master bedroom is so roomy and the bed is super comfortable. Both bathrooms were very clean! The walk out porch is so peaceful in the morning for coffee. I love that this is a first floor condo so you don’t have to worry about lugging up a million things each trip. If you’re looking for a perfect place to stay even with little ones- I highly recommend this to anyone. I will be coming back to this condo each year now that I’ve discovered it! Also- moms, the pool is bath water warm! So comfortable for little ones. I actually was in tears when we had to leave because that’s how much it felt like home to me. The only thing I wish the condo had was a coffee Keriug but that’s just because I’m a coffee snob! Thank you again, Karl, for making our stay absolutely perfect. You are a wonderful host!!

The condowas easy to find and convenient to most places in and arround Naples as well as Sanibal and Marco Island. Everything at the condo was clean and well supplied with all the conveniences of home. Thank you for sharing it with us Luena Barclay .

The Perfect Resting Place

Our property manager was great to work with. The community was peaceful. We had many fun adventures and this space was the perfect resting place for our family. We’re thankful for this place and memories it now holds for us. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Summer 2021

The condo gave us the comforts of a home away from home stay. The grounds was beautiful and it allows an excellent walking path. Communicating with the host was great, he was efficient and thorough. The location to many attractions was a bonus. Would definitely consider staying here again :)

Convenient and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and marched the photos VRBO. The bed was comfortable and there were several golf courses nearby tho the condo is in a tennis community. Check in and out were easy and our questions were answered quickly by email Entrance at the gate is by a passcode. The place to enter the code is on the left as you enter and easily overlooked as it blends into the trees behind it so be on the lookout for it. After the code is entered, punch the button in the center of the arrows to enter it. You'll get the codes to open the gate and unlock the door in an email. We will likely stay here again on our next trip to Naples.

Beautiful, quiet location

The apartment was very clean & we left it in the same condition. 3 TV’s & everything you would need for a relaxing stay. The owner responded immediately to a question. Convenient to stores & restaurants. Nice, private view from screened patio. The pool area is fantastic as well, plus the restaurant there has great food at very reasonable prices..

Lovely well stocked property in great location

We stayed here for 11 days in January and really enjoyed our stay here. It is a very well stocked condo and we had everything we needed. It is also slightly larger than some of the other units in this community, which we really appreciated, and has a great location alongside the beautiful pond with birds and ducks frequenting it which my children loved. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in Naples. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and we’ll stocked for our week’s stay. It’s also conveniently located for beaches and state parks, as well as the city of Naples. The owner was very responsive to all of our communication. We would definitely stay again.

Great Location and Very Clean

The property was very clean and well maintained. The owners had everything we needed in the unit including beach towels, tennis rackets, beach bags, etc. They reached out to make sure all was well when we arrived. Met the neighbors. Everyone was so friendly. Loved the location as it’s close to restaurants, beach and shopping

A month cut short due to the Covid-19.

We had been planning our month at the World Tennis Center for over a year. The unit was nice, but small. Things started going South the day after we got there. This was all due to the covid-19 outbreak. Within 3 days everything was closed and the virus was hitting Florida like a hurricane. After only 7 days out of the 31 we contracted for, we were forced to go back to the safety of our home due to our ages and fear of airlines cancellations. The Airlines and car rental were great in refunding All of our money. VRBO set very generous guidelines for owners to use in refunding unused days to renters. The owner offered 3 weeks next winter out of the available open time, but we had conflicts, so we asked for a refund. He wouldn’t negotiate with us but offered only the bare minimum according to VRBO guidelines. The owner would do well to be more accommodating to renters in securing and recommending future stays. We are still waiting for the VRBO portion of our refund.

Our family has been vacationing in the Naples area for over 20 years and after many rentals through out the area, we fell in love with all that World Tennis Club has to offer.
From tennis and pickleball (obviously) to all the other on-site amenities. As guests and now as owners we were always warmly welcomed by the residents, staff and other guests at this property.

We chose World Tennis Club for its friendly, welcoming atmosphere and its outstanding amenities. The gated community’s lush complex includes a clubhouse with a restaurant and bar, two sparking pools, a hot tub, gym, and of course tennis and pickleball courts aplenty. Sixteen courts offer day and nighttime play, and the World Tennis Club has a nationally ranked tennis pro and pro shop on-site for lessons and needed last minute tennis purchases. There are also numerous walking and biking trails, and lakes and preserves surround the community.
