Three bedroom with two full baths, sleeps six+, great location. 10 minutes to Okaloosa Island beaches. 20 minutes to Destin. Open floor plan, Florida room with queen Murphy bed, table for 4, piano, couch and small refrigerator. Master suite with king bed, jetted tub, separate shower, private entrance with couch, table for 2-3 and kitchenette. Guest bedroom has king bed. Guest bathroom had walk in shower with bench seat. Laundry room Washer/dryer. Smart TV, high speed internet, streaming and Amazon Prime in living room, master suite and Florida room.
New Samsung kitchen appliances 5 burner range w double oven, microwave dishwasher, refrigerator/ freezer w/ water & ice, toaster oven, air frier. Two zone central AC. Covered back porch with large natural gas grill and dinning for 6. Outdoor arbor with porch swing. Circle driveway with lots of parking.
EV charging station type 1 & 2 for use at small fee per charge.
We rent our home 2 ways. This is the entire house.

The home was very nice and the owner was very responsive, but the neighborhood was awful.

We enjoyed our stay at the home but we weren’t expecting a chicken coop in the backyard. We also weren’t expecting so many people coming and going into the backyard. I was very concerned with the constant foot traffic on the sidewalk in front of the house at all hours of the day and night. Very questionable looking people who made me wonder about the safety of my vehicles. Overall the inside of the home was very nice and the proximity to the beach and shopping was great!

Very comfortable stay

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was very spacious and roomy for our family of 6. Everything was wonderful and we felt as if we were at home.

relaxing getaway

Very nice house

I was very impressed with the property. It definitely served our needs and had just about everything I would have expected. Excellent price also. The only issue I would say is the Master bath shower hot water never got hot. Otherwise, I was very pleased.

Loved this home!!!

We were thouroughly impressed with this home. It was everything it said, and more. Rooms were great. fenced in yard was great for our dog. Loved the area, close to everything we needed. Cant wait to stay here again next year.

Very comfortable and spacious

Very comfortable, clean and updated. We were in town visiting family and travel with our dogs. The house was perfect and the yard is fenced and beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed our stay immensely and if we are in the area again will definitely book if available.

Absolutely perfect!

Plenty of space for my family, including our miniature poodle. Private backyard was very peaceful. Spacious rooms, including gourmet kitchen...spectacular. Colorful front gardens host many butterflies! Quiet neighborhood close to all the necessities.

I am a Realtor and my wife (Deborra) is a Physical Therapist. We live in the house so you will not have to worry about condiments, spices ect. we are happy to share. My wife teaches continuing education classes around the country so we VRBO the house when we are out of town. We are retired and plan to travel to visit grand children and are typically rent our entire home May-August, and intermittently other months when traveling.

The house is very comfortable. The location is safe and close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and fun. The back yard is private and fenced. There is a covered porch in back with a ceiling fans and a gas grill. There is an arbor in the side yard with porch swing.
