Great spot to watch the fireworks! We were disappointed that so much has changed in the neighborhood and everything is fenced off requiring quite a walk to the beach and then the chair people wouldn’t let you set up and made you walk even further. But great comfy location for fireworks. Host was quick to respond. Had some incorrect check in info due to old instructions from the property management but owner answered my call immediately and walked me through it! Thanks for a great Fourth of July stay!

We had a great stay! The place was super cozy, clean, organized, and had everything we needed for our vacation. We really appreciated that they provided pretty much everything you could need for a beach day—beach chairs, umbrellas, floaties, kids’ beach toys, and even bicycles.Having a garage to park in was also a huge plus and gave us some extra peace of mind. The neighborhood and surrounding area were very nice, quiet, and private, which made the stay even more relaxing.Overall, we really enjoyed the place and felt very comfortable during our stay. It was well equipped, well taken care of, and made our beach vacation that much easier. We would definitely stay here again!

Property is a bit dated, but very clean. Garage for parking is extremely tight, compact and midsize cars only. A large truck or full size suv would not have fit.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The area is very safe, and the place is very clean. Our kids and I enjoyed being able to walk to the beach at night time and look for crabs. I definitly will consider staying here I again.

We loved being able to choose between oceanside or harbor side for the beach! The property was great and perfectly located for all of our excursions!

The condo was sufficient and allowed us to be close to the beach and snorkel without the worry or expense of parking. We saw some cool little fish and even a seahorse! The view was beautiful and it was very nice sitting out on the balcony

Nice place to stay

Overall it was clean and had everything you could want. The place is showing its age a bit and getting into the garage was a thrill. Good location also.

Nice Stay, good owners

Owners were very accommodating and easy to deal with. Condo was very close to the beach. The interior could use some updating, but all the appliances were functional and we had a nice stay.

Great view of the East pass!

Pro: great view, close to everything, comfortable beds Con: understocked on some items(batteries were dead in remote) Overall 5 stars, was a relaxing vacation.

We loved it!

The place was cute, the beach was beautiful!!! It's a small workout walking to the beach over the sand dunes but the water there makes it worth it! It has a great snorkeling area. We will definitely be back.

This place was EXACTLY as described!

We were blown away at how perfect the accommodations were and ecstatic for the view and the close walk directly to the water and sand! Our stay far exceeded any expectation we had. Clean, pleasant, restful, convenient ! Everything we needed was there! We hope to come again and bring family with us!

Quiet nice place to recharge
