2 bedroom/1 bath private garden cottage, sleeps up to 5. We're located in a friendly, established neighborhood, just across from the Historic Old North End District.
Off street parking for 2 vehicles. Full access to our backyard garden oasis, including private deck w/ gas BBQ grill, and fire pit, outdoor seating/dining, artistic/creative space full of great vibes and a view of the Peak! Beautiful and enjoyable during any season! Comfortable and clean living area stocked with games, movies, and fun! Short and long term rental possible depending upon availability. Please no smoking inside.
Super clean, super comfortable, fresh towels and bed linens always provided with the option of a linen change for stays over 2 nights.
Great access to Colorado College (2 blocks) & Downtown Colorado Springs! Less than a 10 minute drive to Old Colorado City & Manitou Springs shops and entertainment, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, Bear Creek Dog Park. And approximately 20 minutes to Seven Falls, Broadmoor, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Cog Railway and the gateway to Pikes Peak, and the Air Force Academy. Great hiking, biking, and strolling nearby. Delicious access to Downtown restaurants and breweries!

This house is absolutely delightful as well as functional. The area is fabulous and close to all things Downtown. When we purchased the house in 2001 it was pretty run down and funky! Growing up in the Downtown Colorado Springs neighborhoods, this property provided a unique opportunity to care for and improve upon a place that is important to our family. We are taking on the family tradition of Bed and Breakfast-ing and excited for you to share it with us. Our Garden Cottage promises that you will be absolutely delighted at every turn. New appliances and an upgraded custom bathroom ensure you will have comfort as well as function!
