Loved our stay

Great location! Very cute and clean condo! Comfy beds!! Great shower!! The hosts were prompt in communication, friendly and helpful.

Smelly

The decor is beautiful and very trendy. The place smells like cat or dog, and it’s very musty. You could tell there was a pet in the condo because there was hair on the ground throughout. The A/C is terrible, inconsistent throughout the condo and very loud. You have to listen to the TV really loud to hear it. The remote also doesn’t work very well. The worst part is that the breaker switch went off three times including once over night so we woke up dripping in sweat. We tried to do laundry but had to turn off the AC and lights in order to use the machine. On the upside they did have regular condiments, nice towels, and a big master bed. I don’t usually write reviews but this place looks very cute but definitely disappoints.

I am so sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. That's a first that the breaker switch went off as you can see all the other previous reviews have been 5 stars. The condo was just remodeled in May 2021 and we don't allow pets so I'm not sure what the smell was. I went in after and didn't notice a smell myself. Regardless, I will mention to my cleaner that she should double check for hair after vacuuming as I don't want any kind of hair on the ground human or pet! In the description and welcome email I mention that the in-unit laundry doesn't work well and suggest using the community laundry. Thank you for choosing our place and I'm glad you at least liked the decor! Take care! :-)

Cozy and clean

We loved this vacation rental and we loved our stay in Colorado Springs! Jenn & Brent were very responsive and seem to take pride in offering an affordable, clean & comfortable stay for families. Their attention to detail made our stay more comfortable & home-y. We would stay in one of their vacation locations if we return to CO Springs.

Wonderful Home & Hosts!

As soon as we walked in the door we felt at home. So comfortable and welcoming! The hosts have thought of everything! What a great experience :-) When we come back this way, we’ll definitely want to book again. Jenn is a great host! She is very considerate and will quickly answer any questions. 5-Star all the way!

Nice little place

The property is freshly remodeled and nicely appointed. My wife, daughter and I enjoyed the place. It had all the necessities to accommodate our needs during our stay.

Superb

Great little place to stay. Owner was very kind and available if needed. The location made it easy to get to places without getting lost. I would rent it again!!

Great place!

Stayed for 3 weeks, and it was a great place to stay. About 20-30mins from most of the major attractions in Colorado Springs. The neighborhood is lovely and has lots of winding trails and little parks throughout. I would highly recommend!
