Beautyful cove location on Sebago Lake with a view across Jordan Bay and an adjacent small island. On a private dead-end road. The property included 2 beach areas, a dock, a mooring, a rowboat and a kayak. Plenty of parking, a nice deck and space to spread out. Loon calls every night.Offers a nice lake get away yet close to stores, services and activities. Boat rental services nearby.

The cottage was as advertised- it was clean, spacious, well equipped, and a very functional space. The layout of the cottage was great, particularly having the downstairs equipped with its own bathroom and kitchen was ideal for our guests. The outdoor space areas were well equipped with seating to relax and enjoy the amazing Jordan Bay views. Sunrise over the island and water was spectacular. The location made for a quick ride to either Naples or Windham for supplies. The owner was always responsive. We highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking to enjoy a worry-free vacation on Sebago Lake.

Beautiful Spot on Sebago

This is a wonderful spot for a family lake vacation. The house was perfect for us with just the right amount of space. Situated on the water with a good dock and safe swimming area we all could enjoy the water and views. There is easy access to kayak and canoe for the more adventurous. And the cove is relatively quiet even during the busy times on the lake.

Summer at the Lake!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house! The house had everything we needed and was well furnished. We even enjoyed watching the thunder and lightening storm that hit the lake right in front of the house! We were cozy and warm inside. Beds were all very comfortable. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Summer fun

Once again we had a fabulous stay at this amazing house. It was our fourth year and are coming back next year. Suzanne is so easy to communicate with and our family loves it.

Beautiful and peaceful! Family loved it. Better pillows needed. Downstairs bedrooms could have been a little cleaner. Overall a great week with gorgeous weather. Yard was amazing for wiffle ball and volleyball combined with fire pit and superb access to the cleanest water!! We enjoyed our week and would definitely return.

Wonderful quiet location with easy access to amenities.s.

House was very comfortable for a family of 8 & has a great outdoor area for relaxing & enjoying the lake view. House is well stocked & the beds were very comfortable. We rented kayaks for a few of the days while we were there. If you don't want to swim from a dock I would recommend water shoes because the beach area has small stones. Weather was perfect & we had a great experience & vacation.

Summertime fun!!

This is our second year at this house and we absolutely love it. Suzanne is great to work with and she makes the whole process so easy. We have six adults and 4 children and we all fit comfortably. The house has everything you need. The beach area is wonderful for the little ones. This year we had a full orange moon and a rainbow. Couldn’t ask for anything more!!

Summer Fun

Highly recommend this property for a summer get away. We had 7 adults and had plenty room well maybe it was a bit difficult with seven in the kitchen! Throughly enjoyed the view of the lake. Floated on a raft for hours, plenty of reading, wine, games and laughter with family. We will be back.

Amazing!

This property had everything we were looking for in a lake rental. Perfect for docking our boat and had plenty of space. Beautiful rooms with beautiful views and had lots of lawn area for games. We loved it!

A perfect spot for a family gathering

We enjoyed our stay this year ash much as we did last year at this property. All 10 of us, ranging from 18mo - 63, enjoyed our stay. You can't beat the location on the lake. Easy excess from the highway, close enough to the grocery store but on a quiet cove. The little beach is perfect for little ones to play on and the dock is great for jumping and diving. The house is very well equipped with everyday items and many extra kitchen gadgets. The beds are comfortable and are pleantiful.

Wonderful vacation!

The house was perfect for our family. Loved having separate upstairs and downstairs areas for our kids and their families to use. The dock was great for our boat. The beach area, yard and firepit were perfect for our grandkids aged 3-15.

Location on the lake was perfect!

Property Manager was very informative and responded quickly to all questions. Our family had a nice relaxing vacation on the lake, just what we wanted!

Perfect layout for families who want to play on the lake

Great week...rooms downstairs for kids and upstairs for parents. Beach and dock are great. Thanks for allowing slightly early check-in. Would absolutely return.
