Welcome to our spacious 2700sqft 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Chalet located in the Catskills. Set on a private road this newly constructed home sits on 3 acres and features a large Great Room with cathedral ceilings and fireplace open to the custom gourmet kitchen with KraftMaid cabinets, Quartz counters and stainless appliances. The outdoor living space consists of a 610 sqft. deck with black railings.

The kitchen is stocked for your needs and features a dishwasher, full set of pots and pans, a set of chef's knives, an oven, plates, cups, mugs, mixing bowls, cutting board and cooking utensils. We also provide a toaster, microwave, tea kettle, coffee maker and blender. Help yourself to any of the spices available. Garbage bags and hand towels are also available for your use.

The two bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels, hand soap and toilet paper. Each bed features a comfortable and new mattress, pillows, linens and comforters. Extra pillows, linens and blankets are available in the linen closet.

The dining area has a 6 seater glass dining room table and 4 additional barstools. There is a large open concept living room, with an electric fireplace and comfortable seating. The sliding doors lead out onto the large deck/grill area.

The master suite occupies the top floor and features a den/study area, walk-in closet and sizable Master bath with an Air Driven Whirlpool Tub, shower & double vanity and a mounted flat screen smart T.V.

Completing the first level are two bedrooms and full bathroom. Two twins beds occupy one bedroom and a queen size bed in the second room.

Downstairs, the basement walks out to the front of the house and doubles as a family/game room. There is a large entertainment area with a sleek Lazzoni sleeper sofa and a 55" TV. We offer plenty of games, as well as internet and access to smart T.V channels. The pool table and poker tables are great for keeping guests entertained.

The laundry area has a full size washer and dryer and we provide laundry detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets.

Guests have access to the entire house except the basement closet, which we use as storage.
