Lovely outdoor and indoor space. The host made us feel at home right away. Everything was clearly labeled in the kitchen which I appreciated and there were games and maps and recommendations. Comfortable bedding too. Great hot tub!

Great home, very very clean, and just as pictured with everything you could need. My kids enjoyed making s'more near the lake. There was a cool hot tub. The host was very responsive. Communcation and check in was easy and fast.

We loved our stay here. It was a beautiful location and central to the places we wanted to visit. It looked brand new and it was very clean. It was quiet and peaceful. The hosts even had little snacks for us which was a nice touch.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was beautifully organized, with thoughtful touches and everything clearly labeled. It was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was lovely. Every detail was considered, and we’re already planning our return!

This house was beautiful. Very clean. The kids had a blast and even went fishing on the lake. We roasted marshmallows and relaxed in the hot tub. Adele was easy to reach and very kind when we had any questions. I would definitely recommend the home to family and friends. We will return on another vacation.

Fabulous place great setting new clean and well equipped

Really enjoyed our stay. Great new place. The owners thought of everything. Loved the fire pit and the hot tub. Very well done.

Cozy modern cottage out in the country, but only 15 minutes from Saugerties in Kingston.

Beautiful Cottage on the Esopus

Our first stay in a VRBO. It was beautiful, clean and a great place to stay. Host was pleasant and easy to work with. Cottage has all new updated features And Appliances... Beautiful Cottage on the water! We loved the fire pit.. and the accommodation of split wood. Our family had a great time would highly recommend.

Beautiful outside and in

The property is gorgeous with a great renovated kitchen and open living room. It was great to read in the green room and the hot tub outside was perfect. Our stays only challenge was the bridge construction making you drive around it and that it made it difficult to find rideshares

lake Katrina, NY weekend

The house was centrally located for what we wanted to do., Visit a small NY State city, go hiking out to dinner and relax. we met the owners they were very nice and helpful. the house and location was excellent. All the amenities we could ask for. the house was lovely and spacious, they had a hot tub, canoe and grill which we utilized. the neighbors were friendly and helpful. we loved it and are planning on returning midsummer. Will recommend to family and friends

Anniversary weekend

The cottage was perfect for what we were looking for in a property. Very clean. Comfortable. Peaceful. The view of the river was beautiful and the hot tub was so relaxing. Adele was so sweet and left us a little message welcoming us and wishing us a Happy Anniversary. She also left us a bottle of champagne!! Would definitely come back. Thank you so much.

Heather was a fantastic guest to host. She and her husband took great care of our home, left everything in perfect condition, and even went above and beyond by starting the dishwasher and doing a load of laundry before they left. Communication was seamless throughout their stay, and they followed all house rules diligently. We would be delighted to host them again in the future. Highly recommended

Couldn’t be Happier

I booked this property for an overnight getaway with my husband. It could not have been more perfect. The home was very clean, modern and stocked with any necessities / comforts we could think of. (They even had the supplies for a s’mores bar 😍). The hot tub, with its lake views was a key reason for me reserving this property and did not disappoint. The host was responsive, informative and inviting. I mentioned it was my hubs birthday and she even left him a birthday ballon and note. So sweet. Check in and out was a breeze. Literally, have traveled the world, stayed at countless other rental properties and Vrbos… and this one is one of the best. I could continue to gush about how great this property was but instead I will tell you to just book it!

The home is immaculate on arrival, rooms and fixtures near new. The deck/hot tub area is comfortable, offering beautiful views of a gorgeous fishing creek. Dining opportunities in the area are quite good, though limited within a few miles. 15 minutes to Kingston or Saugerties offered other more flamboyant opportunities, but for my 2 nights, local was fine. Adele was available if issues arose and I felt very comfortable. Wonderful stay.
