Terrace Heights is a modern, three bedroom townhouse. Located conveniently, 40 paces to the shops, coffee and restaurants and a short 400 metre stroll to the beautiful Ocean Grove main beach.

Terrace Heights can accommodate 1-2 couples or families in comfort and style. There are three bedrooms, large master with king bed, balcony with outdoor setting, LCD TV, DVD player and ensuite, 2nd with queen bed and 3rd bedroom with trio bunk, (double bed on bottom and single bed on top) sleeping a total of 6 persons. All bedrooms are up stairs and the 2nd and 3rd bedroom are serviced by a separate bathroom. There is split system reverse cycle air conditioning in each bedroom and the downstairs living area.
Living/Dining area is fully set up with LCD TV, DVD, stereo and good quality furnishings. There are two bathrooms & 3 toilets. A modern fully fitted kitchen is set up for a work free holiday break, with microwave, dishwasher, gas hot plates, toaster etc. A lovely outdoor area with BBQ, dining setting and shading umbrella. Under cover secure off street parking accommodates two vehicles.

NOT SUITABLE FOR.

This property is in a complex and is not suitable for large groups of people wanting to hold parties ie ,Schoolies. If these terms are breached you will be immediately evicted with loss of payment. Please do not waste our time by booking if this is your intent.Must be over 21 years of age to secure booking.

My family and I enjoyed a great week staying at Terrace Heights.

Belinda thought of everything to make our stay more enjoyable. Our grandson enjoyed the toys left for him to play with. The location is ideal only metres from the Main Street and a short walk to Ocean Grove beach. We are already planning our next stay.

Experience

Property was amazing - clean and tidy with lots of little bits and pieces to make our stay perfect. Location is ideal - just a walk to everywhere. Host was extremely easy to converse with and check in and out went without a hitch. Would highly recommend it.

Highly recommended

We loved our weekend catch up with friends from interstate which was enhanced by our accommodation. Great location, close to cafes and restaurants. It was extremely clean and was stocked with absolutely everything if required. We greatly appreciated the swift check in process and communication with the manager. We highly recommended a stay here.

Beautifully presented, clean, modern, comfortable in an extremely convenient location.

Would highly recommend this property, it was very comfortable, clean, well maintained, modern and located just a few minutes walk from shops, beach and supermarket. Belinda was easy to communicate with and the property had everything you would need for a short or long get away. The chocolate cookies and coffee were lovely touches to make our stay even happier. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thanks Belinda and family for sharing this wonderful property.

Thisproperty have everything you could want in Ocean Grove great location, very close to shops and short walk to beach. Very clean all through the property, can certainly recommend !

Fantastic getaway in A+ property

We have just finished up 3 weeks in Ocean Grove in this wonderful, centrally located house. Cannot speak highly enough of the house which was spacious, clean, comfortable, well appointed and full of essential supplies as well as loads of extras. On top of all that, the house is smack bang in the centre of the township and only 1 minute’s walk from loads of shops and cafes. Finally, and best of all, the beach is a 5 minute walk from the front door. We have stayed in a lot of places over the years and this was without a doubt the best of the best. Highly recommend!!!

Brilliant beach stay

A fantastic property for our beach break and a 20 second walk to the shops. It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and was well stocked with staples. Belinda was amazing to deal with! I definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back. Thanks Belinda!

Fantastic Position

The apartment was clean and centrally located. The bed linen and towels were of a high quality. The apartment was clean and spacious. The communication with Belinda was excellent. It was perfect for our group getaway and wouldnt hesitate to come back to this lovely property.

Beautiful weekend away.

An absolutely hassle free experience renting this wonderful property. Communication was flawless and the instructions we were given were spot on. The property itself was wonderful. Spotlessly clean, super comfortable and all the amenities you need for a great stay. Just a hop, skip and a jump to the shops and beach was also a bonus. The welcome basket of goodies was also a lovely surprise. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend staying here. Thanks for having us.

Very comfortable, clean, well stocked with supplies.

This lovely 3 bedroom apartment made our stay in Ocean Grove very enjoyable. It is centrally located which made it very easy to explore the local shops and only a stroll to the beach. It was very clean and well stocked with things you would need to make your stay very comfortable. The property manager seemed generous and kept us well informed with good communication. We loved the polished concrete floors, clean comfortable beds with an exceptionally large main bedroom. The only down side was the view/privacy - you could see people in the neighboring shops and restaurants with the blinds open. Would definitely use this acomodation again on return trips.

Lovely host, property, very clean, comfortable and relaxing. Master bedroom is huge! Right next to the main strip, walk to any cafe, all great. 5 stars. Absolutely recommend.

Ocean Grove Getway in luxury

Absolute luxury.... this property served all of our requirements from 3 bedrooms with comfy beds, spacious ensuite and bathroom. Living room and kitchen were fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a family. Everything was presented with cleanliness and comfort. Its a 10 second walk to the main shopping strip, where there are plenty of shops to look through, and choices of restaurants and takeaway places. The main beach is just a short 5 minute walk. Everything is at your fingertips. We will definitely be back

Loved our stay

We absolutely loved our stay here, very clean and tidy. Great communication with owners and they even sent something back we left free of charge. This property is in walking distance to shops and the beach. We didn’t need to use our car at all. It’s definitely worth staying here if you have a family too as it’s equipped with child gates :) Thank you.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay - just steps to the shops and walking distance to the beach. The townhouse was lovely and plenty of room for a family. The only downsides were the buses idling outside the main bedroom window, the multitude of garbage trucks rolling up to empty bins very early Monday morning and a yapping dog in the front garden of Unit 2. Due to the noise issues unfortunately I don't know that we would stay in the front townhouses in future.

We bought this property because we loved Ocean Grove so much. After going there year after year, we decided we might buy something for ourselves that we could rent out when we werent there. Ocean Grove has one of the best beaches in Victoria.And for those who like something a bit more gentle, the Barwon Heads river is just up the road. Lots of great shops, restaurants and amazing wineries. It is my intention to retire here in the near future.
