Not to mention it's literally sitting on top of one of Houston's most raved about bars and soon to be a bakery and coffee shop... all in the shadow of downtown. Walking distance to dozens of restaurants, nightclubs and bars.
641 square foot rooftop patio with fire-pit table and amazing view of downtown. Looks down into one of Houston's best patio bars/restaurants. Don't worry, it's not a loud bar. Very international and classy yet dog friendly and relaxed. Walking distance to dozens of the finest bars, restaurants and clubs in one the most charming areas of the city.
A brand new, Mexico City style bistro and bakery just opened right downstairs... perfect for coffee and breakfast and they even have a full bar as well. open from 7AM - 3PM.

Excellent location, amazing property

this property has it all - location, walking distance to restaurants, bars. Rooftop patio is amazing. very clean, very comfortable, plenty of space. great communication with owner too.

Great location and setup

Beautiful place, great location. We enjoyed the setup of the place. We really enjoyed the roof deck eating area and view. We would definitely go back!

Lovely place for relaxing after a busy day

Our stay here was lovely. Hunter was great. The space was perfect for cooking and eating together with our robotics team.

Houston Vacation

House was great, plenty of room, had everything stocked and needed and then some! Shuffle board, big roof top deck with skyline view. Walking distance to a ton of restaurants. Great coffee shop/bakery downstairs as well. Quick Uber or Lyft ride to anywhere in the city. Our host was responsive and very accommodating. Would recommend this place, and definitely would book this place next time in Houston.

Paradise

This is our go-to residence when we come to Houston. Location is impeccable. Host is BEYOND accommodating. The view of downtown is superb. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants.

great place to stay, have used multiple times since 2018

centrally located in H town, I have used for both business and pleasure, property manager is great to work with and enjoy the upper deck and entertainment room, plenty of beds and nice kitchen to host small dinner party, have always enjoyed our stays ...

Memorial Day Stay

This was a great property and great location for my time in Houston. Lots of things to do close by, food in walking distance, and great views from the rooftop. Hunter was also a great host.

Stunning Indeed

This property was absolutely stunning. Great floor plan, lots of space, with all the amenities. As we travel to Houston at least a couple of times a year, it's likely we'll try to book this rental again.

Awesome place

We had a great stay over the weekend. We came to go to a football game. The location was awesome. The condo was as listed. If I come to Houston again, this would be were we are staying.

Great Montrose location

We loved Hunter’s place. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Food options were amazing in the area, literally steps away. Hunter was a great host. Thank you!

Christmas quick trip

We had a short stay to visit family while we were in Houston. This house was perfect!! Each kid has his/her own room and their own bathroom. The upstairs was perfect for teens and the outside balcony was perfect! We would definitely stay here again on our next Houston trip! Great location as well.

Hunter is AWESOME! I don’t normally submit reviews, but his hospitality, and communication was impeccable. We were informed of everything from dining, entertainment, parking, etc… We will refer Hunter to anyone we know visiting Houston, and are open to staying at the property again.

Heart of Montrose

Great spot to head out to bars around montrose or to stay in with a few friends. Rare find for walkability in Houston. Large kitchen and multiple areas to lounge around and hang out. Patio is wonderful.

No detail overlooked... amazing hard wood floors, light dimmers and accent lighting, high end appliances/kitchen, bathrooms. Very spacious. Huge screens TV's on both floors. 12' shuffleboard table, perfect for entertaining. Even has a functional movie theatre style popcorn maker! Sleep Number beds in every room with their own bathroom en suite.
A brand new, 'Mexico City' style bistro and bakery just opened right downstairs... perfect for coffee and breakfast and they even have a full bar as well. open from 7AM - 3PM.
