This newly renovated vacation home on the north side of Cozumel features four bedrooms and towers directly above the crystal-clear Caribbean Sea. Coral Condo (4S) is tucked within the private and gated Puesta del Sol (Spanish for “sunset”) condominium community, and you will love the location as much as you do the views.

While you are only one mile from the hip and happening waterfront promenade, lined with high-end stores, small souvenir shops, restaurants, and bars, you’ll feel miles from anywhere when you hit that elevator button and ascend to your vacation oasis.

The residence is exceptionally bright, open and airy, thanks in large part to the stunning floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to the gorgeous ocean-facing balcony. In fact, you’ll quickly discover why the community is named for its single most magical moment: Sunset. You can catch that nightly phenomenon from virtually every room in the home.

Two the beautifully appointed bedrooms offer  king-sized beds, "Smart" TVs, ocean views and feature walk-out access to the stellar wrap-around deck; the remaining bedrooms are each furnished with queen-sized beds and have equally scenic views of some of the jungles that suround the island. Each of the home’s bathrooms are perfectly appointed with magnificent tile work; splashes of turquoise, coral and other tropical colors; modern fixtures; and more than enough storage space for your personal effects.

The living room is decked out with a super comfortable sofa, satellite TV with English-language channels, and DVD player; as well, complimentary Wi-Fi can be accessed from every room.

The brilliantly colorful dining room offers seating for six or you can enjoy your meals and cocktails out on the deck, which has a wonderful wooden table and additional seating for four. The kitchen is beautiful, spacious and fully stocked with stainless-steel appliances as well as all those smaller must-have gadgets like a coffee pot, blender, and electric orange juice maker. 

You’ll undoubtedly find yourself enjoying the outdoor amenities of Puesta del Sol day and night. The freshwater infinity pool seems to empty right in to the sea. Even better, there are steps that in fact do lead into the ocean, with a grotto-like entrance where you can adjust your mask, snorkel and fins and then take off on your own adventure, observing the fantastic fish and coral reefs for which Cozumel is famed. This outdoor oasis also offers a hot tub, showers, and a SCUBA/snorkeling gear rinse tank.  Life jackets and 2 snorkling sets are at the condo. Three bikes are also provided for the guests use. 

Downtown Cozumel, where you can find abundant nightlife and endless people-watching opportunities, is a mile away. There is a fantastic bicycle/running path that leads you directly there; you can also take a leisurely stroll when you want to mix, mingle, dine and shop.
