A private 4,000 square foot luxury vacation home in Cozumel is located walking distance from Chankanaab National Park. The home offers 4 spacious bedrooms with private baths and
balconies in the main house. A 5th bedroom, bath and living area are found in the casita (guest house). Choose to lounge around the fresh water pool or immerse yourself in the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. The shallow reefs in front of the villa are home to some of the best marine life surrounding the island. Choose to snorkel or dive right in!

Wonderful property

Loved our stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were big. Gorgeous views of the water. Loved the gardens and all the birds. Access into the ocean right across the street. We like to cook so took full advantage of the large kitchen. Really appreciated the fresh water that was available for cooking and drinking. We spent every morning on the patio or balcony watching the boats and listening to the birds. At night we went to the rooftop for stargazing. Can’t say enough about this wonderful property and we would stay here again.

Great family getaway

Great location, literally steps from the beach accross the street. Playa Uvas is a 2 minute walk. Less crowded part of the West Coast, yet a run into town for supplies is an easy10 minute drive on one road. Comfy house, helpful and communicative owner/hosts. We hired a local chef for breakfast and dinners. Best decision ever! We'd love to come back.

COMO Friends and Family

We had a wonderful time! The property was perfect for our group of seven. Unless you just wanted to go into town or the other side of the island you can walk to food, some shopping, and most of all a nice beach. We highly recommend Villa Torres.

Beautiful in every way

We are an extended family, grandparents down to a 9-month-old baby, and we all loved this house. We stayed for 5 nights, and would love to come back. Beautifully designed and very well maintained.

Family Memories!

We had a blast on our trip to Cozumel. Villa Torres was perfect! We enjoyed the pool and snorkeling right on site. We had several excursions planned and pick up area was very close by. We enjoyed having Chef Andrew Romero come and cook for us on our arrival. The housekeeping staff were great!

Cozumel

The house was great and fit our family perfectly. Having the smaller pool for the little ones was ideal. Lovely gardner who cut open coconuts and lots of birds to watch from the pool. Lovely walking across to the ocean to swim and we enjoyed the small beach bar. Sunsets from the rooftop was not to be missed. Lynn was very, very rwsponsive and helpful.

Great Place!

Villa Torre was as advertised. Great house, hosts were incredibly responsive. Location was great. We rented mopeds so very easy to get around the island. If you needed a taxi, there are a handful of restaurants nearby so easy to grab one. We would definitely stay here again!

Great home

This was exactly as advertised. The snorkeling across the street was convenient and great. The house was set up so there could be family time and alone time. Everyone was so accommodating. Will be coming back.

Wonderful House

There were some maintenance issues but the owners were very responsive and the wind caused some damage (not the owners' fault). We wish the spa had worked, but the maintenance guy just couldn't get it to work right. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was amazing!

We stayed at Villa Torres for our family vacation in Cozumel and if I could give it 10 stars I would. The house is great, clean, large and with every convienence. Roof top area for the morning sun, pool with hot tub for the afternoon. And in-between we only had to walk a few feet to the sea, which was clean, clear and full of fish! The staff there is great, from the maid to the gardener to the pool guy. We even hired a chef for 2 nights to cook for us!. The location is great, and I can't say enough about the owners- they were very responsive to every little question and suggestion! I can't say enough good things!

Fabulous House

This place was fantastic! We had our two sons and their friends (ages 20-23) and six adults. The house was very spacious and hade everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic and very responsive. Loved all the detailed instructions and suggestions included in the visitors guide. We snorkeled every day off the beach (go to the right for the best snorkeling). The rooftop was wonderful for sunsets and star gazing. Money Bar had a good variety of food with a short walking distance. Will definitely be renting this place again.

Great place to stay, some issues with access during iron man and triathlon events. House keeper and grounds keeper were extremely helpful and friendly. Plenty of activities in the immediate area.

Amazing!

We stayed here for a week and a half with another family and our “aunties” came and stayed in the casita. It was amazing! The communication from the owner before we arrived to when we left was great. They were helpful, flexible and kind. The housekeeper and groundskeeper were also wonderful. Santiago even got on a ladder and got our kids coconuts and opened them for them. The house was absolutely perfect for our group. The house was in a great location… we snorkeled every day and it was a quick easy drive to “the wild side” of the island and also back in to town. We walked once to go out to dinner. The kids enjoyed the pool every day. I have no negatives about this rental! If we come back to Cozumel, we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making the trip great!

Paradise in Cozumel

Beautifully maintained home with a fully stocked kitchen, each room with private bathroom clean clean clean!! Right across from the beach and in a tranquil part of the island but complete accessibility to all pints of interest. I would stay again and again. The owners were wonderfully and responsive. Paradise in Cozumel

Well, this was our 2nd time staying at Villa Torres, so that tells you how much we love Cozumel and Villa Torres. Lyn is so easy to work with, always quickly answers any questions, and is ready to offer suggestions. The villa is beautiful inside and outside. Sunsets on the rooftop seating are the best. Our group consisted of 10 Adults & 2 Children (ages 8yr to 70hr). Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a great location. Close to town and grocery store but far enough away from the cruise ship crowd. We booked a private sunset cruise - Dan & Karen at cozumelsailing- the BEST. Our adult children rented scooters and went spearfishing, paddle boarding & scuba diving. Lots of fun to walk to the money bar to dance. I can't wait to come back to Villa Torres

We Had a Great Stay!

Just left yesterday. House was awesome. Exactly as described. Nice quiet area to stay. We walked across to the beach every day to swim and snorkel. Pool area is very nice. Due to food allergies we grilled/cooked every day. Kitchen is well stocked. We found pretty much everything we needed. Owners are immediately responsive for questions/concerns. We will definitely return.

Lots of space and great location

Our group of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at Villa Torres. The 5 bedrooms, outdoor space, and location was perfect for us! The ocean is just across the street and has amazing swimming and snorkeling. Beach clubs are also very close. Money Bar was a short walk and has a extensive menu. Lyn and Mark were very attentive over text and answered all questions I had when settling in. Overall Cozumel is gorgeous and I highly recommend at least a week to explore it all!

Building a house in Cozumel was quite an adventure in itself and having a large family, we spend as much time as possible at the house with our friends and family. We have written a visitor's book in the house that lists great places to eat, shop or visit the beach. We hope that your stay at Villa Torres will give you many wonderful memories! We love Cozumel and have been traveling there with our children for years. They are as comfortable roaming the island as we are and consider it a second home. We love the local culture and enjoy the incredible snorkeling and diving right off the beach in front of our house.
