The house was nice and comfortable. The area is quiet and close to San Juan which was great. It was also close to beaches and food vendors. House was clean but needs to be updated. The pool was nice but closes at 6 which was inconvenient and the gym was out of service and equipment was rusty. Despite all that the experience was good and the owners were great.

Loved staying here! It was a nice quiet neighborhood. We didn’t use the pool as much as we thought because Luquillo beach was so beautiful and there are so many things to do in PR. We had a great time exploring the eastern portion of the island.

Joel was always quick to respond and very helpful. The house was clean and accurately described. We had trouble with the access code but we called Joel while at the gate and we got it all worked out. We had a great week and if we make it back to Puerto Rico, we would stay here again

Everything stood out. The was beautiful and for the most part very well appointed for all our needs. I was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio. It was covered so we it rain or shine and saw some beautiful rainbows. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you, Joel, we had a great time. We would defiantly recommend!!!!

The house is really close (<10 min drive) to Luquillo Beach, Luquillo central square/restaurants, grocery/pharmacy and 15-20 drive to El Yunque rainforest.

We really enjoyed our stay here and Joel was a great host. We were able to access both the pool and the gym. The location is very close to the beach by car. It was spacious and there was room enough for us seven. (two couples and three kids.) we really enjoyed breakfast on the patio and we were lucky to have enough towels for our beach trips. The Wi-Fi was kind of iffy, which only really affected (the kids) when we had downtime. There were some pests but it wasn’t overwhelming. I guess it’s expected for a house located on a hot island. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for the great stay.

Great stay

loved the house. We were a family of eight adults. the rooms were perfect. The owner was prompt on everything that we needed. the community pool was right next to the apt. Luquillo Beach was gorgeous. I will stay again.
