Perfect Location for SeaWorld Visitors & BMT Families!

Nestled in Northwest San Antonio, our home is less than a mile from SeaWorld, making it easy to take breaks, enjoy home-cooked meals, and rest between adventures—all while saving on dining and lodging costs!

We’ve also proudly hosted hundreds of BMT families. If you're celebrating a BMT graduation, our home offers a warm, welcoming environment for your airman to relax and reconnect.

Parking Note: Our garage is currently unavailable, but our spacious driveway can accommodate 3–4 vehicles. ***NOTE*** The neighborhood does not allow street parking, and vehicles parked curbside on the street will be towed. Parking in community overflow parking is NOT allowed either without a permit. Please park in our driveway only.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was just as pictured. Nicely furnished, clean, AC was fantastic and the entire home was equipped with everything you need. Great fenced back yard for our doggies too! It was definitely a home away from home. A million thanks!

Absolutely loved this place. It was clean and comfortable. My kids loved the playground that was right next door. The host was very kind and was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. I would definitely stay here again during my next trip to San Antonio.

We had a great stay! The property was exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The parking was easy and convenient, which made everything even smoother. The home was nice and clean.. Definitely had everything we needed for our stay. Although we didn't get to take advantage of the park next door due to the weather it was nice that it was so close. The beds were comfortable and check in was so simple. Our stay was short but we will definitely be returning our next trip. Thank you Carlos for your quick replies and lovely home.

Walked into the house, and it was lovely! Clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. Ceiling fans in every room. A lovely back porch with table and chairs on a deck. Very nice bedrooms upstairs as well as a laundry room. Loved the kids room with the little secret room. Good place to come and relax. Children's park right next door for people with kids. Very close to Sea World as well as restaurants and grocery stores.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in San Antonio. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to get everywhere we needed to go. The home was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, which made settling in effortless.The host was friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Communication was clear and timely, which always makes a difference.I’ve already saved this property for future visits and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

The property was in the perfect location for us. Easy access to convenience, stores, shopping centers, and many places to eat. The tribal to Seaworld was less than five minutes. The park next-door was an added attraction for the kids. Carlos was awesome to work with when any situations or problems arose. He was always quick to respond to any text message and remedy the situation quickly. Will definitely consider this place when bringing the family back to San Antonio.

Host was very kind and responsive. Goes out of his way to make sure to communicate the details and assure an easy stay. The house was clean and stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. Smelled amazing the second we walked in! The kitchen was well stocked with the utensils one would expect and more. Coffee machine worked great. We very much enjoyed our visit!

Family vacation

This home was perfect for our family vacation, it is located right down the road from seaworld which made our commute back and forth really easy, There is also a playground right next to the house which was great for the kids. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely save this location for our future stays.

Carlos was an amazing host, attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He truly went above and beyond to accommodate our check-in and check-out needs, which made our stay stress-free and comfortable. Hello! My name is Carlos; owner and founder of SA Vacay (San Antonio Vacation Rental Homes). I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. My wife Stephanie and I have 6 children; 4 boys and 2 girls!

I am a God-fearing, bible believing Christian and seek to glorify God with this home and our commitment to service towards all of our guests. I am one of the deacons at Grace Community Church of San Antonio (www.gccsatx.com & www.illbehonest.com). If you are looking for a church to visit while in San Antonio, we would be glad to have you and your family!

I enjoy working from home where my children are home-schooled. My wife enjoys gardening and raising her chickens; she wants a goat but I don't know about that. :-) I enjoy riding my bike at the San Antonio Mission Trails, Down Town, Riverwalk, and some other places, including a little off-road mountain biking.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Well I didn’t choose San Antonio, God chose it for me 40 years ago. Oblivious to how great our city is, I spent most of my teenage & early 20’s hoping to travel to other cities and for an opportunity to experience life anywhere but San Antonio. The Lord saved me when I was 25 yrs old and I realized that there was nothing new under the sun. Wanting to run from my home town would have been nothing more than chasing after the wind.

In 2001, I started working for a service contractor which provided me an opportunity to travel. I would always stay in a box (hotel), and if there was any leisure time, I would get in the rental car and explore the city’s scenery. It was nice but lacking a personalized experience. I wanted to know more about the city than just its buildings and scenery. I wanted to know the people and the experience of being a local; or at least feel like one for a few days. I thought, if I could stay amongst the people, then perhaps I could meet interesting people, share the gospel of Jesus Christ and build friendships.

What an opportunity we all have when renting a Vacation Rental Home! I once did a site visit at Disney World in Orlando Florida for a contract. There was an area in Downtown Disney that could convert your child’s hair, makeup and attire to become a princess for the day. Well you could become a San Antonian for a few days or even a few weeks when staying in one of our vacation homes! Come get to know the neighbors, community, and fellow San Antonian’s!

San Antonio is a beautiful city that has preserved its history and provides an aura of nostalgia. The Alamo, Missions, Riverwalk, Market Square, King William Historical District, La Villita, etc…, make the city attractive, romantic and family oriented. The city is vast and widespread with amenities such as countless golfing venues, shops, theme parks (Sea World & Six Flags), museums, nature parks, zoo, sporting events, horseback riding, bike trails, swimming, shooting, hunting, etc...

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

For the square footage, this property has a great layout! The driveway has been expanded to accommodate up to 4 vehicles and a large concrete patio has been added in the back yard. The children can enjoy play in the fully-enclosed backyard or at the park next door; park features high-end playground equipment. Sea World is located so close that you can hear screaming from the rollercoaster when outside. Access and distance to nearby necessities is all within 5 minutes.
