Clean and fully equipped property. We cooked most of our meals during our stay. The location is also nice considering it's 30mins from Aspen.

The only complaint I have about the condo is the deer heads hanging on the wall. Especially in the dining room!! Many of us are sensitive to the plight of animals and there was absolutely no need for them to be there in the first place. The condo is on the over decorated side to begin with, so losing the heads will be an improvement. Ami was amazing at responding to my text messages. She did a great job!

The property was clean and orderly. However, the sheets on all the beds were wet possibly from a recent washing. It was uncomfortable. The fry pans for cooking were chipped and Teflon was coming off. We did use them. There was no mention of no smoking outside.The unit and area was quiet and comfortable (other than the sheets). The area was beautiful.

The condo was very nicely decorated with a fishing theme and well stocked with all the essential items, linens, towels etc. Kitchen was well stocked too. We had an excellent time and it worked well for us. We would have given it a 5 stars but had issues with the sulphur smell coming from the hot water tank and hot water discoloration the first night but once we cycled through the hot water tank 3x’s by the next morning things were working well. One last concern was the road noise. We liked the to open the windows at night to let the cool breeze in after warm daytime temperatures however the noise highway traffic noise was louder than desired. There’s a bit of a work around to that issue with the fans provided. All things considered the place was very nice and would recommend it and would stay there again.

The check in was so easy! We were provided with good directions to the place and how to check in. The condo was clean, spacious, and fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen had what we needed to cook and everything was super comfortable.

The interior fishing decor definitely matched the property for an excellent fly fishing experience. Unfortunately, when we arrived it was very hot for the mid-valley mountain climate and without air conditioning and inadequate fans to cool the upstairs bedrooms, it was very uncomfortable for sleeping. However, the property management group responded immediately by having a fan delivered along with a fan that we purchased and it made the balance of our stay more comfortable. The interior cleanliness, kitchen equipment and accessories were more than acceptable, however, when we arrived the exterior walls, patio table and chairs plus the bbq grill were absolutely unacceptable with widespread cobwebs. But again, after contacting the property management group they responded immediately and had a cleaning crew make a special trip to remove most of the cobwebs. Once all of these issues were rectified, we truly enjoyed the balance of our stay and the view of the golf course and diversity of people playing golf made for a relaxing experience. The trout fishing for trophy size rainbows and browns plus the peaceful serenity of walking the entire ranch property really made the stay a memorable experience!

Great condo!

This is a great two bedroom condo in a convenient location in Carbondale with easy access to Aspen. The condo is clean and comfortable and in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Great condo in great location

The condo was perfect for our stay in the Roaring Fork Valley. It's close to everything, spacious, clean, and the fishing pass is a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Aspen and Snowmass Skiing Trip

Very nice rental, reasonably close to Snowmass and all Aspen Ski destinations and Grocery Store. Quite and clean, had a great time!

My family had a great trip staying in this VRBO. It was close to Carbondale, Aspen, and Glen Wood Springs which we utilized for a lot of activities. The place was clean, had lots of space and was well stocked with everything you would need. The surrounding area was great, we rode the bike down to the river and around the surrounding area.Would stay again if we came back to the area and would recommend this property to friends.

Beautiful retreat close to Aspen

The condo was comfortable and covenant for our week in Aspen. Directly on bus routes but off the highway enough for great sleep after a day on the slopes. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals.

Great place for a family!

We really enjoyed our time here. It was clean and homey. The kids loved the bunk beds and having their own bathroom. It was warm upstairs and hard to keep the window open at night because of road noise, but other than that it was a great stay!

This property was very comfortable for us and was located close to family we were visiting in Carbondale. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Although we didn’t take advantage of the bikes and fishing opportunity, the equipment provided for those activities looked very appealing. Communication with owners/manager was excellent.
