The renovations are extensive in this villa with new kitchen cabinets, floors and quartzite countertops. The new appliances include an oven with stovetop, convection microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, a built-in drink cooler, washer and dryer. The bathrooms have also been updated with new quartzite countertops, new vanities and stylish undermount sinks.

The new furnishings feature an incredibly comfortable sectional sofa and a coffee table perfect for lively group games such as Monopoly, Scrabble, Clue, Yahtzee, Cards Against Humanity, Left Center Right, Uno, Jenga and playing cards.
