Over all stay was good. Had to supply toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher pods, . Only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Other then that, place was nice and clean and big enough for whole family. Nice location close to everything.

There were 23 of us and this had plenty of space for everyone. It came equipped with everything you could possibly need. Loads of pool and beach equipment, even fishing poles. Owner is very responsive with answers or solutions to all questions. I would highly recommend this location to anyone coming with a large group. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Our group had a great time. We appreciated plenty of space, so many things to keep our active families busy. From fishing on the dock, playing ball on the court, swimming at the pool or beach we thoroughly enjoyed everything about staying at lands end. The host more than we anticipated with things like beach chairs and umbrellas.

This place was wonderful. So many amenities that we didn't even expect. A lighted Pickleball, volleyball and basketball court so that we could enjoy activities in the evening. Three large refrigerators and washer and dryers. The 3 kitchens were packed full with all the necessities. Kids especially enjoyed fishing off the little pier.Also, 2 kayaks were available with a closet full of beach toys. Within a short walk to the beach and pool was lovely.Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy private space and or several big rooms to get together. We enjoyed making family memories and enjoyed all that was available. One little critique, we would have appreciated a small supply of garbage bags, TP and dishwasher detergent. Otherwise our stay was fantastic!! Thank you for helping us make some family memories for the summer.

I had great communication with Justin, the host and Greg, the owner. We had some issues and they were addressed very quickly. It's perfect for a large family. We had 17 in our group. The one thing I would say that was a negative is that it really needs some maintenance done in areas. There were several light bulbs that needed replaced(inside and out), 2 of the refrigerators had no lights in them, the pool area needs some help where weeds are growing up in cracks, the landscaping outside is basically just weeds. There were positives, too. We had all the stuff needed to go to the beach including beach chairs and toys for the kids. The 3 kitchens worked so well for all the food we had and we could gather in 3 different living areas. The kids LOVED the 3rd floor bedrooms! They were able to go upstairs and play and we didn't even hear them. The older boys loved, loved, loved the kayaks! They used the a lot! All in all, it worked out wonderfully for all of us!

Perfect for families

There were activities for all ages -swimming, pickleball, fishing, fire pit at night. The house has plenty of room to be together or have privacy. We all loved it!

We absolutely loved this home! Check in was super easy. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware...We loved all the things to do there. It worked very well with the kids. The pool, the play area, the dock for fishing. Close to the beach. Would definitely come to this place again!

This place was perfect for our family. We loved that the pool was secured so our little ones could not freely go out there. Walking distance to the beach was minimal. They provided wagons and coolers and beach umbrellas, and sand toys. Everything we wanted to take to the beach. It worked out extremely well for us having three separate kitchens so that different families could be cooking different things at different times. We utilized two of the three grills. Which was perfect because we had some seafood allergies. Having three refrigerators was awesome. There are plenty of bathrooms. The beds were all comfortable. The layout of the house worked great for us. The kids enjoyed fishing, even caught a few crabs. I can’t say enough about how well this property worked for our family. We definitely look forward to coming again.

The property was exactly what my extended family needed. Everyone had their own space but also enjoyed the common areas. The positives: It was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils making meal preparations easy. The three laundry rooms made it easy for everyone to keep towels, etc clean. Three kitchens, three tv rooms, and plenty of bedrooms gave everyone space. The furniture is very nice and worked great for family gatherings. Plenty of games, books, etc to keep everyone occupied. The private pool was great as was the pickleball & basketball court. The host responded quickly to any concerns we had.Negatives: The second floor bedrooms on the west side of the house were very warm and didn't seem to have an air vent in them. There is a box fan in each of them but really just blew hot air around. Although the pool area was great, it did have alot of dirt, etc that we had to clean up before swimming in it. The concrete area around the pool was also dirty. The refrigerator in the guest closet outside was not working, so therefore not usable. One of the hammocks broke while my son was lying in it causing him to hit the ground. After looking closer at the other hammocks they were really dry rotted. There were alot of floats, umbrellas, beach chairs, etc available to use but some are in pretty rough shape. All in all this is a great place for an extended family or friends vacation. We really enjoyed our time at Lands End and would book again if we return to Gulf Shores.

We just spent a week here with our large family, and overall, it was a wonderful place to stay!The biggest highlight is that this house is truly designed for large families. There was something for everyone to enjoy. We spent time in the pool, fished from the dock, played pickleball, relaxed in the hammocks, grilled meals together, played games, and walked to the beach, which was just a short stroll away. It made it so easy for everyone, from kids to adults, to find something they loved without ever feeling crowded.There were a few things that could be improved. The hot tub had a leak and wouldn't hold water. It honestly wasn't a big issue for us since it was so hot outside, but it should probably be repaired. The listing also mentions that beach towels are provided, but there weren't any during our stay. Finally, for the price of the home, it would be nice to see a few cosmetic updates. A stained bathroom sink and walls that could use fresh paint stood out and would go a long way toward making the property feel as luxurious as the rest of the experience.Overall, we had a fantastic family vacation here. The location, amenities, and layout made it a great place to make memories, and with a few minor updates, it would easily be a five-star stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

4 Generation Family Vacation

This house was the absolute perfect size and location for our family! We didn’t want to leave! It had everything you need to cook and has lots of space to spread out and relax for a large extended family with multiple ages.

Great stay! There were 23 of us and there was plenty of room. The house was updated nicely and the beds were comfortable. We used the basketball and pickle ball court daily, nice addition. We would stay again.

Great place!

Lands End was perfect for our large group. We all enjoyed the pickle ball, basketball court along with the warm pool. Jet less hot tub was disappointing but we survived. The location was ideal for the beach, shopping and eating out! We will definitely return one day! 😊

Our annual "Friend Tribe" beach trip. The house is perfect for the amount of cooking, bedrooms, and play space. The only thing that was lacking this year as opposed to previous year...the pool was not clean and the pool area had debris from the trees as well as remnants of water balloons. Otherwise, it was a nice as it always has been.

Family vacation

The perfect property for large families of all age groups. I could have packed a lot less!! There was an extensive array of beach toys, beach chairs, grills, kitchen supplies, beach wagon, and many other handy necessities for large families. Perfect location for any activity. Only thing I would suggest folks do is take beach towels.

Grad celebration with friends

The house was great for our group! We played lots of pickleball, used the pool day and night, close to the beach, walking distance to shopping and eating, fishing in back of property, enjoyed sitting around fire pit and making smores! We had plenty of room for everyone and loved having 3 kitchens and laundry rooms!! Had a great guest closet full of sand toys, beach chairs, fishing stuff, about anything you need for the beach and an extra fridge to keep drinks cold. It was a great vacation with friends to celebrate our boys graduating from HS.

Lovely!

We stayed at the house for spring break with 6 families. The house layout is perfect to enjoy your own space but also have group time. The amenities are amazing! We loved having our own pickleball court/ basketball right on the property. It is a short walk to the beach. We caught crabs and little fish in the canal. The owner is perfect in answering questions and fixing issues quickly. The property is a true unicorn and we loved our time here.
