We have wifi! Tired of being stuck at home? Come see us in beautiful Port Royal! Equipped with free wifi, this sparkling clean 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath townhouse with sleeper sofa is a perfect place to get away for a weekend, several days, or even a few weeks. If you're working remotely or home schooling, you don't have to miss work or school! Located just 2 miles from Parris Island, 1 mile from the Sands Beach, 20 miles from Hunting Island State Park, 4 miles from downtown Beaufort, and just blocks from several amazing restaurants and shops. Full kitchen, open living and dining, washer and dryer, and light and bright spaces provide all you need to make Port Royal your home away from home. Quiet location, safe and secure. Come stay a while with us and just relax. Our small quiet town is the perfect place to socially distance.

Please keep in mind before booking that this is an attached townhouse with full time residents all around and there is limited parking space for 3 vehicles. There is public parking on Paris Ave which is just a block away if you have more than 3 vehicles or a boat.

Convenient Location

Clean and comfortable for a weekend trip to the area. Walking distance to coffee shop, quaint restaurants and nature trail. Also easy walkable distance to the ‘sands’. Provided peaceful retreat as we moved a family member locally. Thank you for making this condo available!

Nice location close to Parris Island but wasn't cleaned before our arrival

The location was perfect very close to parris island It fitted 5 people just fine ...** only complaint ** . The house was not cleaned before our arrival there was other peoples belongings left under our beds all of them including the couch..., there was dirt and debris all over the floor and carpets you can tell it wasn't swept. We also found roofing nails laying outside the front door of the porch area.

Comfortable!

Nicely decorated … Pros were first floor powder room, great kitchen, large bedrooms! Cons were the front porch needs cleaning and new furniture so it can be enjoyed. Parking is tight in the back but very convenient. Super location!

Great location

We came down to help our daughter’s family with their move to parris island and we got to have our three granddaughters at the house while mom and dad met the movers on base and got the girls rooms set up. It is close to things to do for all ages. Will definitely stay there again.

USMC Graduation

Rented this place for my son’s graduation from Marine bootcamp. Perfect location to get to base early. Was able to walk to a great dinner at Madison’s. Tina was very accommodating. Definitely recommend

Beautiful stay

My family thoroughly enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and area. The house is beautiful .The brewery is not far and it's brilliant. Easy 1hr drive to Hilton Head Beach if desired.

Desirable location

Beautiful townhouse in the perfect location. Plenty to do within walking distance and a short drive to Parris island or Beaufort. The townhouse had everything we needed and was spacious for family and the bonus of friendly neighbors.

Perfect Trip

My friend and I came to visit the Cypress Wetlands and this location was perfect for a short walk or ride. Enjoyed 3 different restaurants in Port Royal and easy drive to Hilton Head, Bluffton, and Beaufort. More affordable than other locations and extremely clean.

Perfect in all ways

Came down from northern maine for my sons marine graduation. Location was perfect. Love the local restaurants and close to beach ...very convenient location for back and forth from marine base. The house was beautiful just as discribed. Very quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend. Thanks for the perfect few days !!

Short trip to the SC

My ex husband I came for our nephews USMC graduation. What a great place and charming neighborhood, nice little restaurant within walking distance! It was cold and sunny, I imagine during the summer must be so nice out here… the property was clean and no musty smell 🙏, the hot water was simply delightful. I will definitely come back during the summer or spring 💜 The USMC graduation was incredible and my nephew got to have the whole family here. Which btw the other family members were just a few houses down the street. Thank you for your hospitality! Thank your cleaning team they are doing a great job!
