Looking for a coastal escape? This stylishly decorated, clean lovely home is centrally located to all that makes the Low Country great. Located only 2 miles from Parris Island, 4 miles from downtown historic Beaufort, 1 mile from the local Sands Beach, and walking distance to several shops & restaurants. Everything else in the area is a short drive away! Equipped with free WIFI - If you're working remotely or home schooling, you don't have to miss work or school!.
This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home features 2 bedrooms on the second floor, each with a queen bed. There is also a full bathroom on the second floor. There is a convenient half bathroom on the first floor. The first floor living room has a queen sized pull out sofa bed. The kitchen is amply stocked with all of the necessities to prepare a meal if you don't feel like going out.
Centrally located to all the Low Country has to offer, this home is the perfect launching and landing pad to enjoy a well spent getaway!
Please keep in mind before booking that this is an attached townhouse with full time residents all around and there is limited parking space for 2 vehicles. There is public parking on Paris Ave which is just a block away if you have more than 2 vehicles or a boat.

The house was in a perfect location. Just a couple of blocks from everything. It was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and a nice porch to sit on in the evening. We were able to walk just a few blocks to some of the local shops. It is also close to Beaufort if you want to find a few more restaurants, shops and bar.

Great Place to stay!
This was a great place to stay. We needed a place close to Parris Island and this location was perfect. The owner provided lots of amenities and the check-in process was easy. Bedrooms were large and beds were super comfy and clean. We also appreciated the in suite laundry area. Would highly recommend if you are staying in this area.

This property was in a great location on Port Royal! Such a cute townhouse that was very clean and updated. Very comfortable beds which is a major plus! Also very well stocked kitchen and linens! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!!

Close to the Spanish Moss Trail
We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to ride our bikes to the trail head and go all the way to Buford and back on this lovely trail. Very comfortable beds and everything we needed.

HIGHLY recommended!!
Location is excellent within walking distance for coffee shops, seafood, pizza, BBQ, Sands Beach. Central to surrounding Beaufort, Paris Island and Hunting Island State Park. Townhome was well stocked and clean with VERY comfortable beds. Highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay again.

Had a fantastic stay at this cute 2 bed/1.5 bath duplex. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to everything needed. Shirt and easy 10 min drive to MCRD Parris Island for boot camp graduation. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful atmosphere felt like home.
Overall a great experience would definitely recommend felt like home, toilet's were extremely low other than that wonderful place to stay.🥰🥰

Loved our stay!
We came for our son’s USMC boot camp graduation. The location was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet. The home was adorable and very clean!

Perfect!
This was perfect for our last minute beach getaway! This townhome had everything we could need while being away from our own home. It was clean and exactly as described. It was obvious that the owners really cared about their guest.

Great location for USMC graduation!
The place was adorable and perfect for our stay! Everything was so nice. I brought spices with me and didn’t even need to! The cupboards were supplied with plenty! There was coffee and filters to get us started so we left a can behind for the next folks! The beds were comfortable and the guide for what was available locally was very helpful! The host was prompt to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this place!

Labor Day Getaway
This townhome was in the perfect location for what we wanted to do. It is nicely decorated and was clean when we arrived. The property manager was very responsive and took care of a couple of minor things quickly. The stove is a little old and crusty and so were some of the cooking items. Didn't really matter much to us since we ended up eating out for most of our trip. Also, the bath towels are pretty thin and well worn. Overall, we enjoyed our stay would stay here again.

This is a great spot to stay while attending PI graduation. It's clean, quiet, with comfortable beds, easy check-in, and close to the beach and base. Groceries close by at the Food Lion was convenient. It was well stocked with some basic spices, soaps and laundry detergent. The only issues during our stay were finding no small sauce pans to use when making dinner and no scissors (needed to cut string for banners). Other than those 2 things it was a great place!

Great place to stay. So close to the beach. Property manager is easy to reach with any questions. We will be staying here again.
