Tuscana Resort Orlando is a secure, gated resort, backing onto a beautiful conservation and golf course. With easy access to the I4, the location can't be beat!
Located 15 minutes to the gates of Disney World and overlooking the world famous Champions Gate golf course, this resort is equipped with all the amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay;
- A large heated swimming pool with zero entry, fairly new cabanas (2019) and reclining chairs, separate enclosed kiddie pool and hot tub
- Fitness centre
- Picnic tables, complimentary wifi in unit and within clubhouse available.
There are restaurants and stores located less than a mile away: McDonalds, Chili's, Millers, Red Robin, Panera Bread, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Subway, Pizza Hut, Wendy's, Publix grocery store, and Walgreen’s drug store.
This condo has been freshly renovated with brand new vinyl plank flooring throughout the unit; modern furniture and TVs (August 2016). The living room is cozy and bright with new Ashley furniture, and will provide some much needed R&R after a day golfing or at the parks.
The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable new king sized bed (2021) with a flat screen TV, and DVD player.
The second bedroom also has a comfortable queen sized bed with a flat screen TV, and DVD player.
The third bedroom has a twin/full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed underneath. It can comfortably sleep four people in that room alone. There is also a single-sized pullout futon-chair, TV and DVD player as well.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home- 4 appliances, granite counter tops, new pots and pans, adult/kids cups and plates.

Great unit and fantastic communication

I had some issues with our trip (unrelated to the unit) and had to shorten our stay. Had great and easy communication about the unit and thoroughly appreciated all the effort in making it feel like home awy from home. Would definitely book again!

Family Vacation

My family enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room, and beds were very comfortable. Host was prompt to answer any questions. We would not hesitate to stay here again if the opportunity were to arise.

Nice condo

The condo was perfect size, pretty clean. Quiet area near all essentials. It took a bit to figure out how to use cable TV, but we got there. Would stay here again.

Family holiday

Disney trip

The unit was just described. We had a great stay. It was close to everything communicating with the owner was great. I had an issue. She resolved it right away. I would say the only thing that needs to be improved or better communicated was the TVs in the bedrooms only worked with DVDs, it was not a big deal for us for someone who likes to come back to there To their room and watch TV it was the only downside I would highly recommend it and I will definitely be looking to stay there again on my next trip

Great spot!

This condo was beautiful, clean and exactly as pictured! Very close to the pool. We had one issue of a missing coffee pot and was brought to the owners attention and we had a new coffee maker waiting for us when we got back from the park!

Neighbors

Overall the condo was very nice. However the neighbors above you walk like elephants very hard which was very annoying. Dee and Sandra are very helpful and nice.

So great!

What a great place to stay. We visited Sea World and their subsidiaries and stayed at this property. It was about 20-40 minutes away from the parks depending on traffic - there's no getting around Orlando traffic. The house was equipped with everything and more - toys for the kids, enough plates, a few dishwashing pods & laundry detergent, streaming services on the TVs, and towels. The rooms were cleaned, well taken care of and the condo was spacious. The complex was not overly crowded or noisy. It was a really sweet stay for our family. I'm sure if we visit Orlando again, we'll stay here. It was really blessed.

It was clean, convenient, the staff was helpful and nice.

My family loved it. It was close to the Disney parks (15 mins). The staff was nice. The place was clean. We have no complains about this place. Sandra (owner) was helpful and was reachable. We felt at home. My little ones were excited to see that there were toys for them to play with and that made it easier to make this place our home for our vacation. We will be using there services again. Close drive to the grocery store. Thank you again!

Convenient, Tidy but not Clean

My family and I stayed here for 3 weeks. Host communication was great. She is informative and responsive. I loved it. The location was ideal with many options and quiet.While the property was convenient, unfortunately the property management was the opposite of the host. Very unresponsive unless the host contacted them and did not return numerous voicemails. We had a few issues in our stay. The only one that was addressed was the air conditioning. The host made an effort to get a mid stay cleaning, arranged with unfortunately it couldn’t be finalized. We appreciated the effort to improve our stay.I would recommend this very gracious and kind host change her property management team.

Not good soundproofing

Hot tub was cold the first week of our four-week stay. The movie theatre was shut down the first week, too. The noise from the people renting in the floor above our condo was so loud. We could hear every step they made. Very, very noisy.

Very nice condo.

Condo was very nice. Very clean and neat. The condo was well stocked with towels, wash cloths, dish towels, paper towels and bath tissue. Plenty of dishes and silverware. The patio is secluded and overlooks a wooded conservatory. Very peaceful. We arrived only 4 days after hurricane Erma went through the area and the grounds and surrounding area were in very good condition. The pool area at the resort is amazing and the outside bar/restaurant was very nice too. Everything you would ever need on vacation is less than a mile away; restaurants, grocery store, gas stations, Walgreens and much more. Very convenient location , only 15 minutes from Orlando and 10 minutes to Kissimmee. The 3 golf courses at Champions Gate are outstanding!!!!! I would recommend this condo to anyone vacationing in the area. The owner, Sandra was very nice and easy to work with. She checked on us after our arrival just to make sure all went well. Thank you Sandra for a great stay!!!

Bad experience

Overall property was nice and convenient location quick ride to parks I was here for 6days/5nights the listing shows 4 rooms with 2 double bed kids room once arrived it was only 3 rooms and 1 kid room with bunk beds the problem occurred when my kid’s coming running in my room for cockroaches invading there room every time I killed one another after another it was like a family of them I contacted property owner she told me to reach out to the property manager so I did just that property manager told me someone from there pest control team will be out no one never showed up and property manager and owner never reached back out to even see if there team came to properly handle the situation
