Being on the first floor was easy and convenient but this room wasn’t as nice as some of the other rooms I stayed in. We all shared the master bathroom because the guest bathroom had the ceiling falling apart from what i think was water damage and smelled of sewage. We’re not not made aware of the issue before we checked in

Condo we stayed in was just as advertised. Bottom floor is the way to go. You can walk out your condo and down to the pool and on to the beach. We had 6 of us staying there and it was comfortable for all.

Absolutely beautiful condo perfect location. The oven doesn’t close well and takes some fiddling with to get to stay shut. Which was almost an issue for my husband bday dessert but with some effort you can figure it out. The condo was clean, host was wonderful and responded very quickly. Can’t wait to come back to the exact condo next year!

We had an awesome time here in Las Palomas, our host Jaime, did an awesome job hosting!! excellent service, ground floor condo is absolutely beautiful and comfortable, stunning ocean views, definitely I highly recommended!!

This experience was disappointing. Jaime knew there was water damage on the bathroom ceiling, but did not tell us about it prior to our arrival. When we discovered the water damage, I reached out to him to let him know about the water damage and black mold. He said he would have management work on it. I suggested moving us to another place because we would never have come to this condo with black mold in it. He offered no alternative place to stay, and no set timeline for his plan. The next day, he showed up unannounced and had an AC repair guy with him. He said he would get everything taken care of that day, which he did, but it left us with one bathroom for six people that day. He also shared that he already knew about the damage before we got there, which was concerning. When I requested a discount for the inconvenience of damage and repairs during our stay, he said he would not provide a discount, but would take 75 off our next stay if it happened in the next 12 months. That level of customer service wasn’t satisfactory to me. When your condo is not ready for people to come, provide honesty and alternatives. If you can’t find a way to let them stay elsewhere, make things right in any way you can.
