Our latest addition! One of the best!

Cabrillo 106 is one of the few ground floor condos located in the newest phase (2) of Las Palomas.

Cabrillo 106 features the largest layout for a 2 bedroom in the whole resort.it also features a bunk room with a full bed (lower) and twin bed (top). No need to use the available sofa sleeper in the living room.

In addition to this condo, we also own premium ground floor condos near by, the Cabrillo 102, Cabrillo 103, Cabrillo 104, Cortez 102, Coronado 102 and Coronado 105, call us for details ! All of them ground floors !

Cabrillo 106 is an elevated ground floor, only a few stairs from the action. It provides safety, security, privacy all with great views of the pool area and the ocean.... including amazing sunsets!

Cabrillo 106 offers 2 bedrooms, each with King size beds and direct access to a full bathroom. Master bathroom features a bath tub and a separate shower. It also has direct access to the patio.

Sofa sleeper in the living room.

It is ideal for a group of 4 adults and 2 children but can accommodate a 7th guest with a $35 per night charge.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this ground-floor 2-bedroom unit in Puerto Peñasco! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the spacious layout—it’s definitely the largest 2-bedroom floor plan we’ve ever stayed in. There was more than enough room for our family to relax comfortably.What truly sets this unit apart is its unbeatable location. Being on the ground floor with direct patio access to the pool and beach was a game-changer. No elevators, no long walks—just step out and you’re instantly enjoying the resort amenities or the sandy shoreline. Mornings with coffee on the patio and evenings watching the sunset were highlights of our trip.The unit itself is beautifully maintained, with modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and felt like home. Wi-Fi worked great, and the AC kept us cool and comfortable even during the warmer afternoons.The resort staff were friendly and helpful, and the property overall felt safe, clean, and family-friendly. Whether you’re looking to relax by the pool, explore the beach, or enjoy a laid-back vacation with top-tier convenience, this place checks every box.

Beautiful suite, beds are huge, very spacious, huge bunk bed. We were able to park right by our room which was a plus. It’s on the first floor, loved where the suite was located. Right in front of the pools. We would stay outside in the patio at night and play board games. Highly recommend this suite, 6 of us stayed here comfortable.

Beautiful patio to relax on

The best part of this rental is the location, you can walk down 5 steps and be in the pool area. It was relaxing and perfect for what we needed.

This unit was great for using the BBQ grills and walking to the beach. The unit was “as advertised” and very clean.

Beautiful resort and grand home

This was the most beautiful facility and home in which I have ever stayed. The only problems was the center sliding door was unlocked when we arrived and it is a hard door to lock. The hot water was not turned on, probably because it was the off season, also easily fixed. We did notice that the first bathroom shower would get water all over the floor when it was running. A towel needed to be left down for sure. The on site restaurants were fantastic. We didn’t use the pools or lazy river bc too cool that time of year although others were using the hot tub.

Twice as nice!!

Jaime the host has the largest 2 bedroom ground floor plan with Direct Patio Access To Pool And Beach and that's why this was the second time this year we stayed in it. So spacious, so clean and so easily accessible to the pool and beach there is no other place i would stay. Jaime thankyou so much for sharing your beautiful home so we also can experience the beauty of México.

Comfortable and convenient.

Spacious and comfortable condo. Could use some minor maintenance: missing doorknob on bunk room. Missing front door kickstand. Handle on sliding door in TV room wobbly. Dishwasher barely cleans. Would also be great to have at least one cookie sheet. All other kitchen utensils were good. All and all, a solid condo. Will rent again.

No need to USE elevators...not in the front (Choice of Parking outside or underground)
No need to WAIT for elevators (At the resort many times, in case of heavy rain, the elevators stop functioning).
Direct access from the patio.. no need to go around the buildings
Save money: On drinks from the pool bar... if you run out...just a few steps to your condo!
Practical condo...go to your private bathroom, go back to pick up stuff you forgot, save for the children.... I think you've got the idea right? :)
