The room was very clean and very well organized and maintained. The AC was not running but they came and fixed it right away. Las Palomas resort is the best hotel to stay at when in Rocky Point.

Had a great stay. Rooms were very clean and decorated nicely. Separate thermostats in the rooms for air conditioning was great. Pools are always a plus. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing property. There was ice provided, cooking utensils, spices, toiletries, and games. It was clean, spacious, and beautiful. Wish we had more trash bags, and laundry detergent since we stayed for 4 days tho. I also wish we knew before hand that the border closes at 8 so there was no way we were making it to check in. Ended up paying and wasting a whole day but now we know.

Very nice unit. Well kept and clean. Great ocean views. Would have rather checked in at the hotel itself than offsite, but the property management company was professional and had great communication. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Super great stay. Spotless apartament, absolutely everything you need at very high standards, formidable matresses (better than at home !), quality bed sheets. All needed long chairs on balcony, kitchen very well equipped.Loved the bathrooms, the furniture and paintings.Very reasonable price.Highly recommended. We will be back.Thank you.

Unit was just fine for a weekend. No issues. The check in office was off site but not a big deal.

Wonderful condo! Very comfortable beds, huge balcony overlooking the pools, beach and ocean with several seating areas and an outdoor table. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed for meal prep including pans that were in very good condition (which can be rare for rentals). The host was very responsive when we called for more TP, paper towels, dishwasher pods, etc. I would highly recommend this condo and will stay here again! My husbands only "issue" was that he couldn't get the TV that he wanted to watch. They have Roku but it didn't seem to get any channels. I don't think we go to the beach to watch TV so it didn't bother me.

Great stay. Great place. Very clean, host was quick to address a minor issue we had with a door lock and great amenities. Only issue we had was the check in off-site. Not super convenient, and out of the way. We didn't get checked in until 4;30 which was 30 minutes after check-in time stated. There was 6 of us so a bit of a challenge to hand out and wait with the weather. First time we have done the off-site check-in and probably won't do it again. Other than that, loved the place and the views! Exactly as advertised.
