Well stocked, private bedroom layout. Walkable to town and bus system to slopes. Hot tub was nice. Awesome view and close to parks.

Excellent property perfect location

The property was clean well stocked and in walking distance to hideaway park. It is very roomy for four couples, even the bunk bed room 😊. Will definitely stay there again, thank you

This was one of the best ski houses we’ve ever stayed in. Well-stocked pantry, lots of toiletries, big hot tub, great common space, logins to many different streaming services, and great location (super close to the bus, tubing hill, and walkable to multiple restaurants). The host was very responsive and helpful. Definite 5-star stay!

Our family had a great time in winter park. The house was clean and very well equipped. We skied, snowmobiled, snowshoed and tubed in winter park. It was a great way to welcome the new year!

Perfect Location

Great spot right near downtown with everything you need. Was able to hop on the Winter Park mountain shuttle right outside our front door every morning. Would defintely come back and stay again

Great property in a perfect location! The best-stocked kitchen we’ve ever encountered in a rental, no dull knives or battered old pans here. Beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for 3 families to spread out. Enjoy the peaceful sounds of the river and the convenient access to many trails!

The house is lovely and the setting is stunning. It worked great for our 3 generation family to stay. The owners were super response to our minor questions/ needs.

Family winter stay

First time in winter park. Our family had a blast at Bill’s house. House was just as described. Great location! Will def stay again if ever go back!

Beautiful Christmas Vacation Stay

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home. It was convenient to the ski shuttle and nearby restaurants and shopping, very short drive to Winter Park and Fraser, comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The owner was very easy to work with and responsive to any questions that came up. We would definitely love to stay here again.

This is such a beautiful home! It was so comfortable for everyone who stayed! This house had everything we needed and then some! We cooked dinner at home every night and appreciated the stocked cabinets! We loved how close the home was to restaurants, coffee shops, and the ski shuttle. The host responded to me whenever I needed him. I would recommend this VRBO in a heartbeat.

Great Ski Trip

The property was as described and worked well for a group of friends to get together and ski. It is walking distance to several restaurants in town and there are 5 levels to the house people can spread out for sleeping.

Fantastic!

We stayed here for a week with our four kids and loved it! Bill's place is well appointed, conveniently located, and spacious but cozy. We loved the creek out back and enjoyed the hot tub every night. We will be back!

Feb ski weekend

We had an amazing time at this winter park home! It has everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels for hot tub, bath items etc. The location can’t be beat! Right next to sledding hill, mainstreet shops and the Lyft ski bus. This home is well taken care!

Fantastic family ski trip

We were a group of 8, lots of room to spread out in this home, very well stocked with all the amenities and more, so close to the ski shuttle route, we had an amazing time! Bill is a great host, so easy to communicate with, he answered my few questions promptly, we had a one year old in our group, there was a pack n play with sheets a high chair and ample toys, this made things so easy! We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Winter Park/Jazz festival

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is great! They even got new outdoor furniture which was very nice. Always well stocked and clean. Conveniently located within walking distance to the venue.

Winterpark 2024

My midwestern friends and I stayed at this beautiful home in Winterpark. It was more than we could have hoped for. Many memories were created in this home. Thank you Bill and Sue for letting us stay here.

Winter fun in WP

We decided that we would stay within walking distance of restaurants / town but very near a Lift stop (bus) to get to the slopes. It was a great decision! Loved the condo. With 6 adults, we each had lovely rooms separated by the half levels of the condo making it very quiet. We all love to cook and felt that this kitchen was up to par, not common in many rentals. Wonderful to have views of trees and the creek and yes, we enjoyed apre ski hot tub!

Great place, feels like home

Great townhouse close to town and the park, perfect for Winter trips to go sledding. Short walk to the Lift stop (Ski shuttle). House is perfect for a large family as the floors are spread out (just be ready to get your steps in going up and down the 5 levels of the house). Every amenity and item you could think of in the kitchen. Very thankful that the kitchen is well stocked - it's like walking into your own home. Hot tub and grill are in nice working order. Lots of toys and games for the family (my toddler had a blast with all the toys). Only downside is the garage is occupied and not for use. You can access it though to store skis and items but can't park a car. Ultimately this wasn't a big deal but having to clean off the car every day from overnight snow dumps was a bit of a pain. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Christmas Getaway

We spent Christmas in Winter Park, and this property was a fantastic home base for our holiday ski trip. We have stayed at many VRBO properties, and this home was by far the most well-appointed with all of the supplies and amenities you might need when away from home. The owners have not missed a single detail. We had two families in our party, both with young children, and this home felt incredibly comfortable and spacious. Two master suites is a huge bonus for multiple families. You can’t go wrong with this booking!

Love this unit

Ski trip

We stayed for a friends and family ski trip. The house was exactly like the pictures and descriptions. It was close to everything. We even saw 2 moose behind the house!

Like staying in someone's home vs a vacation rental

I can't say enough about this property. The home was stocked with everything you can imagine you may need during a stay. It was like someone opened the door to their home and said " use whatever you need" (with the exception of personal belongings) . Seriously - from the kitchen to baskets that have handwarmers in them to the toiletries provided, everything about this property is exceptional. We are staying here again next month and can't wait to go back.

Best Vacation

Location was great. Townhouse had plenty of room for three families. Each family was able to have their own floor and private bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. Owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. 100% would stay here again!
