Exclusive, Ocean view villa is a 5* villa in a 6* location situated in a outstanding development, views from villa overlooking the serene Cavo Greco Mediterranean Sea, beautiful area for walkers. Ocean View Villa offers an exclusive sense of privacy and relaxation. A few minutes walk away are several of the best beach in Cyprus, some offering water sports. It offers a safe environment for families with children being in a private cu-de-sac with no through traffic,with a small children play area and park.. The 5* Grecian Park is a short stroll up the hill and it has a stunning cliff top bar to enjoy a cocktail and overlooking Konnos Bay and the wounderful Cape Greco National Park, a walkers paradise. You'll find water sports and diving excursions at Konos Bay and Green Bay. Scooter or buggy hire shops a two minute drive from villa. Agia Napa has a large water park and boat trips from the harbour. Visit the statue park and cactus park overlooking the wonderful Ayia Napa clear blue sea. Take a stroll from villa along the coast to the famous Fig Tree Bay. There is small waterpark in Penera, few minutes drive from Villa.
There is free WiFi, TV and Alexa for your music enjoyment. Several boards games and cards, bucket and spades for the children.
Close by is a large Lidal supermarket and plenty of excellent Restaurants and Tavernas.
Konnos Bay, sea caves are 25 minutes walk along coast.

Payment can be made in either UK pounds to a UK bank or Euro's to a Cyprus bank.
A 20% non refundable deposit will ensure booking.
Remainder payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Damages deposit required, returned at the end of your stay providing no damages are found.
WE DO NOT accept booking from groups of young people under the age of 25.
Long term rentals will be considered at greatly reduced rates

We can arrange AIPORT Transfers and car hire if required.

There is a high chair and travel cot free of charge.
Baby gate can be hired locally.
There is an additional charge for seventh person staying, put you up bed only.

Great Location

Lovely,well equipped villa. Quiet and convenient location - we found it easy to explore the island from here by car. We especially enjoyed being able to swim and snorkel in the sea, just across road - a great way to cool down in August! Definately would recommend this villa - we had a great holiday.

Fabulous

From our first comms, Kathy was a fantastic host. Very friendly and attentive with prompt response times to queries before and after booking, providing us with lots of useful information to enhance our holiday experience. The villa and surrounding area is stunning, so peaceful yet within a short distance to local amenities and a sandy beach with great snorkelling. It's definitely 5*. The villa has a wow factor both outside and within. The pictures do not do it justice. The villa is exceptional and is exceptionally well equipped. A large selection of crockery, glasses, kitchen ware and picnic ware for outside use was provided. Having an air fryer was a touch of genius that made meal times so much easier to prepare. The washing machine was top of the range and meant we were able to pack light and use the outside line to dry clothes very quickly. Around the fabulous pool was our favourite place to be in the 35*C heat. It was a great place to unwind. There was so much obvious thought into providing lots of sunny and shady spots with comfortable seating, sunbeds and dining areas. These are the things that make a stay very comfortable and relaxing. The new balcony is an amazing place to view the sunrise over the sea and to enjoy a cocktail in the evening watching the boats go past. We got to meet Simon during our stay and he was the perfect host. I highly recommend Kathy + Simon's luxury 5* villa. We are definitely looking forward to returning.

Perfect location.... lovely views.... excellent communication with the owner.

Lovely villa, everything you could need. Very well equipped kitchen. Beds comfy. Air conditioning a god send as it was over 30 degrees all week. Lovely little sun trap in the patio area to the back of the villa. Perfect for catching the last few rays of the day with a glass of wine! Kathy was excellent in communicating with us both before and during our holiday. She gave us recommendations of places to eat and things to do. Gorgeous beaches within walking distance from the villa. White sands and crystal waters. Protaras very family friendly with many restaurants with play areas for children. Can not recommend enough. We have already booked for next year!

We enjoy our holidays in Protaras

We loved our stay Protaras and particularly this house. it is very well equipped, clean , the pool is very valuable and direction is perfect. We recommend a good restaurant SPARTIATIS, 5 min by car. Opportunity to snorkel 3 minutes walk in front of the house a beautiful place. An ice cream vendor going 2 times a day in the private street , great right?

Fantastic Holiday

Having spent 2 weeks in this villa, We cannot recommend it high enough. The villa is in an excellent location, offering peace and tranquility without being to far away from the main resort of Protaras or Ayia Napia. The description is excellent with the small beach only being a 3 minute walk away, or the wonderful Konnos Bay only 5 minutes by car. Whilst at the villa (in or out) the view of the sea is wonderful and it is a pleasure to wake up and see the bright blue sea of the med in front of you. The villa is well equipped with everything that your own home offers, with the attention to detail clearly visible on first entering. Lidl is only a very short drive away (2km) and offers everything you would need at low cost. (this from a Sainsbury's fan) including freshly baked on the premises, bread and crossiants. We really cannot express in words, what a great 2 weeks we had at this location and how great the owners, villa and island representative are. We would be more than happy to re-visit and if you are in doubt about choosing a villa, take it from us that you would be hard pressed to find such a clean and well equipped villa ! Many thanks to the owners for their excellent customer service and allowing us the pleasure of using their villa, which they clearly take care of.

Lovely Holiday

The villa was lovely. Descriptions of it were accurate and it had been well maintained and was very clean. Everything we needed was there, a home from home and the attention to detail was excellent.The owner was very professional upon contact.The welcome pack was very welcome and was more than adequate.The location was very quiet and peaceful.A car was definitely needed though. We would definitely recommend the villa as we had a lovely holiday there.

Excellent property

The location was perfect, such a peaceful development, very well kept and very relaxing. So close to Protaras and close to Ayia Napa without being in the hussle and bussle of it all. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

We Kathy and Simon live in South Wales where we have lived all of our lives.
We fell in love with Cyprus many years ago. We bought Ocean View for our future retirment home (Quite a few years to go until we will be able to live the dream) until such a time we have decided to share our dream home hoping you will fall in love with Cyprus as we have. The villa is a few minutes walk from the Mimosa beach, several good restaurants and taverns a few minutes walk from the villa.
There are several local supermarkets minutes from villa. Lidal supermarket is a 10 minute drive. The villa is on the edge of the Cape Greco National Park , take a lesuirly stroll, beautiful area if you are a keen walker/rambler. You will find beautiful restaurants over looking Konnos Bay and Cape Greco National Park, watch the world go by.
