Located in Old Town / Zona Romantica and boasting one of the most desirable locations in Old Town, Condo Rivera Molino is ONE HALF BLOCK from Los Muertos Beach and the famous Malecon on the banks of the Cuale River. This property books 1-2 years in advance for high season every year due to the great location and building reputation. It is also short walking distances to shops, groceries, restaurants and all the fun nightlife on Basillio Badillo with a more quiet location.
Condo Rivera Molino is designed to take advantage of the beautiful lush garden, river, and beach views that make the area so special. The common areas are filled with indigenous tropical landscaping and lush foliage surroundings featuring conversation areas, a heated saltwater pool, and gardens that blend into the natural environment.

Great stay!
We loved the condo. It was clean, organized, quiet, close to lots of great restaurants, and the Malecón. We would definitely recommend staying in this property.

Family trip
We had a lovely time here. This condo is so well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen, so many towels, comfy beds & great storage. Easy walk to everything. The street is noisy but didn’t disrupt our sleep.

Beautiful PV condo!
Gorgeous condo in a great location in old town Puerto Vallarta. Close to the best restaurants and stores. The unit has recently been updated with beautiful furniture, linens and towels. Everything you need to have an amazing week is there!

Fabulous Stay
Attention to detail is something you always hope for in searching for a place and this place provides it. My family and I loved the location with its nearby coffee houses, restaurants and beaches. This condo exceeded our expectations and provides all the comforts of home! Thank you...

Romantic Zone PV Family Trip
We had another wonderful stay in this fantastic condo. The host was great in providing details throughout. The closeness to the beach and the restaurants cannot be beaten. The pool area was also fantastic with a great communal area. Our family had such an incredible time! I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a central location with access to the bus lines and being close to several restaurants and other attractions (malecon, markets, beach).

Great property
Wonderful experience for us (wife and 3 kids). Everything was new in the condo. The pool was shaded and quiet. Easy walk to everything in Old Town. We look forward to returning next year.

Amazing Stay
The condo was absolutely amazing. Great location. There were six of us, four adults and two children and it was not at all crowded. Very nice decor, the beds were super comfortable. We had a great view and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Every thing was perfect and the communication was great. Was definitely a bonus to have a washer and dryer! The pool was also amazing, the staff were super friendly.

Does not disappoint!
This is a wonderful property! Great location, mere minutes to the malecon, and in the center of everything. Almost every night you get fireworks from the pirate ship. Property was very clean and everyone is so helpful. 10 for 10 will do again.

Wonderful!
Clean, well maintained property.
Perfectly located within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, The Malecon and the beach!
Exceptionally clean and VERY well stocked with practically anything you would need for your stay.
Jainene was super easy to contact and quickly responded to any questions I had for her.
Would definitely rent this unit for any upcoming stays!

Great Location and Beautiful Condo
We have rented many condos and stayed in many hotels and this was our favorite place. The condo is beautiful, well equipped, and faces a quiet river. My friends and I loved the condo. The furnishings are nice, beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds, and great AC system. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful and lush manicured gardern. This is our place to stay in whenever we go back. Loved it.

Great location and terrific staff
This condo building has been one of our favorites for several years now. The location is the best! Inside the condo you'll find everything you need in an immaculately maintained setting. Never mind buses, taxis or Ubers once you stay here...walk to everything. The building is quiet, secure and friendly. This unit is right over the river, so there's always some interesting birds and iguanas to admire.

Great Spot in the Best Location
Jainene did a great job of communicating with me before our trip. We were met as soon as we arrived. The condo was well stocked with kitchen essentials, bathroom essentials, along with pool floats and plenty of towels. We’ve stayed in various areas around PV in the past, and this condo is definitely in the best location. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. And you can easily take an inexpensive Uber to areas outside of the Romantic Zone. I can’t recommend this condo enough!

Serene tropical beauty
This is the most perfect rental we’ve had anywhere in the world! Pictures don’t do it justice. Quiet period of year is ideal for us. Location is the best with our fave restaurant Daiquiri Dicks and many others a few minutes walk, located on the beach.
Jainene is a gracious hostess and has a lovely decorating touch. Really a beautiful condo and large pool with covered patio and outdoor sofas and dining tables. Air conditioning in all rooms and many amenities provided for our stay. Luxury without the high cost. Loved our stay!!!

Great 2 week stay! We wish we could have stayed longer at this property. It is very well located with comfortable furniture and great kitchen utensils. The highway noise is very noticeable during the day, but decreases at night. We were able to sleep with the windows open. When the windows are closed, the condo is very quiet. Great staff at the building. The pool is exceptional! Jainene was very communicative throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful condo in a great location. Everything you need is there. Very happy with condo!
This condo was awesome! It was as beautiful as the pictures shown. When we walked in the condo was so clean, smelled fresh and everything was easy to find. It was awesome having a washer and dryer and full kitchen. The condo had every cleaning product you could need. I loved that it had Kirkland sized toiletries. The beds were comfortable. The pool and pool area is gorgeous. The air conditioner worked great! It was super hot when we stayed and we really appreciated the air. The location is great. You are close to Los Muertos Beach and Zona Romantica. Everything is within walking distance. The security guards at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The local taxi drivers were honest and nice. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

A nice stay at Rivera Molino
We found this property to be in an excellent location in a fairly quiet spot in the Zona Romantico. Unit is nicely decorated, furnished and has a well stocked kitchen. Beds were super comfortable and we are pretty picky about our beds. Linens and provided soaps were of high quality. Other people around the property were quite nice and the staff was attentive and helpful. Very safe "feeling" about the place and the people at the front desk do screen people they have not yet met to keep out people that don't belong in the building. Unit has nice river/town/ocean view for 180 degrees. AC, fixtures and appliances all worked flawlessly. Pool was very comfortable and warm; clean and furniture was high quality. Convenient to many things in downtown PV. My wife and adult children and I all enjoyed our stay and hope to book again.

Awesome stay!
Where do I begin? Everything about this place was wonderful. The condo was immaculate, beds were comfortable, kitchen was spacious, property grounds/pool were also perfect and well enjoyed by my family.
We received superb service from the property staff. I am not exaggerating when I say that every single person we encountered was friendly and polite. It’s so nice to walk in to a rental and be greeted with a smile. We have stayed at numerous rentals, and by far this place beats any other!
Jainene: Thank you for such a memorable stay. I greatly appreciate the thought you put into ensuring your guests enjoy staying at your place. From the decor, the cleanliness, restaurant recommendations, the neatly folded towels, the sunscreen, etc. it doesn’t go unnoticed! Every touch helps provide comfort, convenience, and enjoyment.
