The Condo is wonderful

The Property is wonderful. Nicely furnished, wonderful view from the balcony, the grounds are well maintained. enjoyed the mile walk along the beach to get into town. a nice bonus is that the pool get shade in the mid afternoon so that you can swim and not worry about getting to much Sun.

Thank you, Lenny, for your appreciation of our home and property. We take great pride in the location, decor and maintenance of, not only our home, but La Talanguera Condos in general. Also, thank you for mentioning the walk into town as that is one of great things about our location. My daughter is a runner and she uses that beautiful stretch of beach to run early in the morning before returning to have her breakfast and coffee on the balcony. Your comment of the pool area tells me that your stay was relaxing and I am glad you had an opportunity to kick back and enjoy the beautiful amenities. Beautiful View, Comfortable and Secure

The condo complex is in a safe and secure environment. It appears to be well-managed and very well maintained. The condo has everything most anyone would need for a short or long stay. Some of the kitchenware needs to be replaced and/or expanded but it provides basic needs for those wanting to cook. AC and Wi-Fi worked well and was much appreciated. Overall a very good experience for my 4-person family group.

Beautiful little house.

Apartment is just perfect for small or large vacations. Manager Elizabeth is excellent. We really enjoyed our weekend there.

Relaxing, peaceful

Great Condo! We had a wonderful stay, condo was clean and had everything we needed. Kerstin and Barbara were great, Kerstin stayed late to check us in and would have helped us with anything if we had needed it. We would definitely recommend Barbara's Condo. We'd love to come back and spend more time here.

Everyone was so helpful from owner, to property manager kerstin (so helpful), oscar our shuttle driver, Roxana who cooked, Vivian who kept everything tidied up. We had a super time with our Nica family. Thank you!!

Fantastic location

This is a great location-on the beach and a 15 min stroll into town by beach. It was quiet and relaxing but close to the action. The owners were super helpful and the condo was well kept! I will def be coming back!

60th in San Juan Del Sur

Great location,views were great. Felt safe at the complex. Needs some upkeep in the condo. A few of the items were not in working order like toaster, one of the fans in main living area, needs a new coffee pot and a more thorough check of items left behind before other guests arrive. Paint could use a touch up. All in all met great people .

Yvonne, thank you for your review. I spoke to Kerstein (our property manager) and have already instructed her to purchase a new toaster and coffee pot. I understand the control on the fan was fixed during your stay. We take exceptional pride of ownership in our little piece of heaven in La Talanguera and appreciate any and all comments on the state of the unit, whether they be positive or negative. great location , comfortable and nice view

Condo was clean, nice view and staying at this enclosed gated community has the advantage of always having water and energy regardless of shortages in the rest of the town. Did not need anything extra but property manager was punctual and available if need be.

Very comfortable condo is a great location

We enjoyed our stay in San Juan del Sur very much. The condo is very nicely appointed with all you need during your stay. The view from the balcony is beautiful, perfect for watching the sunset. The grounds are well kept and there is a pool and clubhouse. Since the property is right on the beach it is nice that there is a gate and security making sure only guests enter. We enjoyed the short 10 minute walk down the beach into town. The town has lots of little shops, restaurants and mini markets to get just about anything you might need. The condo manager, Kirsten, was extremely helpful. We had some small issues and she resolved them immediately. It was a great vacation.
