Good quality accommodation in convenient location. Missing some of the basics like wi-fi and soap

Fresh, modern, beachy accommodation

We had a fabulous time with our adult children. Clean, fresh, modern and ideally located. We would definitely recommend this amazing property and will book again soon.

Amazing location and great house

Communication with the host was so easy and the location was amazing right near the shops and a short walk to the beach! The house was clean and accommodated my husband and 3 month old and a few friends ! Great Stay!

Enjoyable stay

Property had all amenities and facilities we needed including WiFi for the kids to use their ipads. Back yard was overgrown and full of weeds and under dining room table wasn't vacuumed upon arrival for us. Having small kids, they find every little thing! Under beds and corners were full of dust in bathrooms. Beds were super comfy, showers were lovely and clean and had full water pressure. Kitchen was large enough to cook in and living room had plenty of space and comfy couches. Accessing the property and check in was easy and the property owners were lovely and happy to assist. Property was very close to the main shops, within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again one day. Thank you for an enjoyable stay

Good Location

Property was nice and neat, well laid out, tastefully decorated. Also close to all local facilities & amenities. Nice quiet spot too! Visitors did notice that cleaning was not very thorough. Walkways clean, but skirting boards, window sills & door tracks dirty. Worth cleaning under couches & clearing the thick layer of sand found under living room rug! These things are easily fixed along with a quick check of bedroom lamps - we popped a couple of globes in.

Comfortable House

Easy walking to the Main Street of Ocean Grove, downhill walk to the beach about 10-15 min. Comfortable for 6 people.

Spacious townhouse

Fantastic & Easy

We loved our stay. Linen & towels provided made it so easy to stay here and less to pack. House was very comfortable & walking distance to everything. Definitely recommend reversing down the drive way as it’s easy to get out if you have a big car. Owner is lovely and super helpful. Will definitely book again! Thanks Karl.

Family get together; Ocean Grove

The property at Ocean Grove met all of our expectations and needs for our 4 day family get together. The location was ideal as it allowed us to catch up with extended family members living at various locations on the Bellarine Peninsular. We arrived at the townhouse and found it easy to gain access. The accommodation was clean and welcoming. Parking wasn't a problem, and we found it just a short walk to shops and restaurants. Thank you Karl, for offering such outstanding accommodation. The chocolates you left were a wonderful touch. We all thank you very much.

Beautiful Townhouse located close to shops and not far from beach

My family and I loved this Townhouse. Clean and well presented. Karl provided us with very good instructions and responded to my emails in a prompt manner. Great location within walking distance to shops and not far from beach.

Well appointed modern property. Just right for a relaxing week away.

Just what we needed for a relaxing holiday for three generations of our family. Close to shops, cafes, and the beach, with easy parking. Instructions were helpful and accurate, and we’ll look to stay here again.
