Brunswick by the Bay

Brunswick by the Bay is family holiday house located in Indented Heads. It has all you need for a family holiday or a gathering with a group of friends. Situated in a quiet court, the home has all the essentials.

A five minute stroll will get you to Half Moon Bay for a relaxing swim, then pop into the local shop for a coffee and stock up on local wines. There is a great choice of restaurants in both St Leonards and Portarlington or cook up a feast in the kitchen, as it has all the equipment you will need.

Pets are welcome; we just ask that you clean up after them.

Set on a large block of 800 square metres, there is plenty of backyard for the kids to play safely.

(sheets, pillow cases, towels are not supplied)

BBQ supplied on the deck at the rear of the house to enjoy meals and relax.

Ideal for a spot of fishing and there is plenty of room for your boat (2 carports)
Surf Beaches only 20 minutes away in Ocean Grove.

Great place to stay with kids and a dog

Great time at Indented Heads

The property had absolutely everything we could have needed in a very handy location to the beach. It was great to be able to take our dogs with us - they also had a great time. We're considering booking again next year such was the great time we had!

Wonderful time

We had 3 nights and found the property very welcoming and close to the water. So happy we could take our puppy with us. The property was well equipped.

Home from home

Lovely garden and surrounds. Great kitchen. Second TV in bedroom. Large washing machine and dryer. Comfortable. Excellent communication with owner Could have done with more wardrobe space. Extending our stay here says it all.

Great value, very relaxing

House had everything we needed, very comfortable and clean and great value for the price. No internet and patchy mobile reception (with Optus) was perfect for us, as we wanted to be off-grid for a break. Kids played board games, Wii and watched DVDs - there’s a small collection at the house, mostly for young kids or adults (not so many for teenagers) and video eazy station at Port Arlington supermarket nearby. Well equipped kitchen and good heating, plenty of comfortable beds. Bedding is very tired though, new doonas and pillows would be a welcome addition. Indented head is not terribly inspiring but lots of lovely places to visit within driving distance such as ocean grove. Thanks for a great holiday!

Not Recommended

Issue with possums or rats thundering around the roof at night, keeping us awake, left their poop droppings on back deck & table. Bedrooms had urine smell in them. Had to clean microwave, fridge & benches prior to use, Wouldn't use dishwasher. Property has huge potential if it wasn't dirty. It was spacious, ideal location & decorated nicely. Both security doors were unlock-able, all surfaces were covered in black dirt, linen was stained, we were told to take our own. Very lucky we did. Black filth under plastic kitchen bin liner, Cobwebs hanging like curtains on outside of home.

Relax and recharge.

Nice short break before Christmas. Lovely to relax and stop for a bit. Nice towns either side a short drive away. Good secure backyard for dog.

My family and l had a very relaxing stay at Brunswick By the Bay really enjoyed lots of walks along the beach with our furbaby as well which made an already relaxing stay perfect.

Great location

Great location, a short walk to the beach. Location felt safe and secure, quiet neighbourhood. Friendly and easy to communicate with property owner. House was clean, and kitchen well equipped. Plenty of games and movies too to keep the kids entertained. Advertised as having a cot, unfortunately couldn't find.

Chill out at Indented Head.

Our family loved the comfortable home with plenty of room to move & relax. Proximity to the beach & general store was absolutely ideal. We walked, fished, cycled & swam, then enjoyed family BBQ’s on the back porch. Definitely a return destination! Cheers, Lauraine & Geoff
