New 5 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home with attached garage located less than 2 miles from Como Park. Everything is brand new! 2 living rooms, each with new 60” smart UHD TV’s. Every bedroom has new sheets, blankets, and comforters. Every bathroom has new towels, rugs, etc. Every room has all new furniture. The kitchen features granite counter tops and an island. Every dish, silverware, pots, etc. are all brand new. There is a pantry in the kitchen for your groceries. There is a highchair, pack-n-play, stroller, Apple TV with over 100 children's movies, and children's toys. * No smoking allowed!!

Family events

Loved staying here. Easy to find after going around the block and using the alley. Very comfortable home with everything we needed. Sale is a pretty busy street, but we seldom hear traffic noise inside the house. The yard is well fenced so the kids enjoyed there time outside. I highly recommend a trip to Como Park. Playgrounds, zoo, conservatory golf, and an amusement ride area. The boys loved the dinosaurs. Highly recommend!

The house layout was great for more than 1 family especially. We had 3 kids 10-13 & 5 adults. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable. Hosts got back to me quickly when we were lo ed out one evening. I highly recommend this property.

Super property for our family

Clean, spacious, perfect for our group of 8. In town for a family wedding. Loved the split floor plan with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. Off street parking with garage was great, too. Will rent again.

Excellent Property

We had 6 family members stay here while in town for a wedding. The house was PERFECT for our group and the location was great. Clean. And the bed I slept in was one of the best mattresses I have slept in at a rental property!!

Overall great stay!

House was beautiful and clean for the most part. A few minor things that needed attention but the property manager was very nice and willing to help in any way he could. I would suggest curtains for the front window for privacy at night and an ice cream scoop for the kitchen. We purchased a few items small, needed items to use during our stay and left them for the next renter. Plenty of space for everyone and my 4 yr old son enjoyed it as well. They had a variety of toys and movies for kids which was great. I bought a few outside toys for him to use and left them for the next kiddo.(chalk, bubbles and a soft football). The location was perfect for all the things we needed to do while in St.Paul and was very close to my family which was a plus.

Final Four Friends Adventure

We loved our home away from home. This place was perfect and in a great place. Our experience from checking in to checking was an ease. Host was quick to respond when we had a question! Great stay

The house is exactly as advertised. Very comfortable, with two tv/family areas. Beds and linens are new, with lots of towels. Matt was kind enough to allow us to use the garage which was great as it snowed when we were there. Check in was super easy and Matt was very professional and prompt in responding. Highly recommend.

Comfortable Family House

My family of 5 stayed at this house in January during some of the coldest weather of the year. The house was very warm and comfortable! It snowed while we were there and the host graciously came out and cleared both the front walkway/steps and the back driveway twice. We were able to park 2 cars in the garage. There were plenty of towels in all bathrooms, warm blankets on the beds, and warm throws on both couches. The house is an easy 20 minute drive from the airport. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pans, etc…if you want to cook meals. There are 2 levels so everyone can spread out and it never felt crowded. The property manager kept in touch with us during our stay. I highly recommend this property for a comfortable stay!!!!

Perfect place for our Family Reunion

We booked this place as my niece had just had her second child three weeks prior. My parents had also celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary also three weeks prior. We wanted a place close to the baby so four generations could finally get together and celebrate the blessing we have received. The place was perfect. We had family travel from three states and one from Minneapolis. We had enough room to interact and enjoy each others company. The Baby and her family lived 9 minutes away. The toddler (baby's big brother) loved having the downstairs area to play. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom clean, the laundry facilities clean and well stocked. The only issue was the number of coffee cups but we went to Target and donated enough for future family visits. We will definitely consider coming back for other family visits and to watch my grand niece and nephew grow up. Thanks

Absolutely perfect for our family stay

Well set up for families...provides privacy with 2 living areas. It was great to have a high chair, stroller and pack and play. Lovely home... very comfortable and convenient.
