This Luxury Estate offers 4 Cal King Bedrooms with private baths in each room. *After a few years we now have opened our casita pool house which has a living room, kitchen and a bedroom. The casita has a total of two queen beds.
The master suite will welcome you with a fireplace, wine fridge, large jetted tub for two and slate shower. With nearly 6000 square feet of room to entertain your guests or family will enjoy your vacation. The exterior of the home is professionally landscaped with a beach entrance pool/spa. The pool is 60 X 30 with a dramatic waterfall. BBQ area on Palapa Bar. Do not worry about neighbors, you can have music outside, and your kids can enjoy the pool as late as they want! Noise worry free!!
The home is a custom-built nearly 3 acres. This beautiful home just minutes from Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage with FWY access very close. High-end kitchen appliances include a 6 Burner Wolf Cook Top, Subzero refrigerator, double ovens, dishwasher, Washer and Dryer, Granite Counters, large circular bar with ice maker for the perfect gathering space in the home. Each bedroom is self-contained with private bathrooms, king-size beds, linens, dressers, and end tables, professionally decorated, flat-screen wall-mounted HDTVs in each bedroom, Direct TV, Internet access and living room with a comfortable couch and lazy boy chair and an additional HDTV. The Master Suite has a large bathroom with dual vanity, walk-in closet, slate shower with multiple shower heads and a double occupancy jetted bathtub. Very large beach style lagoon pool and spa with large rock waterfall, gas fire pit, large gas island BBQ with Palapa and outdoor seating.

We have a surveillance​ device is located on the front of the house pointing at the ​driveway. This is not to watch our guests​ if not for security purposes.

Beautiful property with spaces perfect for both intimate and large social gatherings.

Perfect for our gathering consisting of extended families. Plenty of room for large family meals, movies, and game nights.

The House was everything we needed! Perfect location, plenty of room for all!

The house is beautiful! I recommend it for large families wanting to get away from the main drag! Close to airport, Hector communicated with us well and was so kind! Pricing was awesome. We had an amazing time! Suggestions... the house needs washrags and more pillows.

Huge property, lots of space, private oasis

Absolutely loved our time at this vrbo!! More than enough room for our group of 9 women. The actual home and outdoor space is so much larger than the pictures show. Beds are comfy, and coming from a sheet snob- the bedding is soft and luxurious. The outdoor space has everything you need to enjoy a day poolside with those you love! We hope to stay again in the future!

Could be amazing

The house and property is perfect for a large group, each bedroom has its own ensuite. We had a few minor issues and He tor dealt with them in a timely manor. The kitchen could use some supplies, cutlery, spatula, crock pot etc… Al in all I would recommend this place as we’ve stayed their twice now

Softball team stay

This home is lovey. The pictures online do not do it justice. So much room for everyone, and enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Had a small issue but the host took care and of it quickly. Our team is already talking about next year. Hope it will be available for us to stay again. Thank you!

Place has been worked over but it’s perdect for the post golf activity centre and requirements Partied all night No complaints Manager was quick to fix the WiFi But several bulbs burnt out Didn’t have access to garage or cabana Pool was good and pool guy came when lights didn’t work first night After that no problems Funny, it was way more central then we thought Great place Huge bedrooms and very large entertainment area Pull the trigger in this place

Great home for ladies golf getaway

Overall the house was great. First of all, it’s huge! There was more than enough room for the eight of us. The common areas are great for games or visiting. The location seems a bit unusual as it is on a somewhat remote street but it was 20-30 minutes from everything and everywhere we wanted to go which was perfect. The house is showing some wear but overall nothing that affected our stay. The hot water is a little tricky in a couple of the bathrooms but once you figure it out there was plenty of hot water. Communication for check-in was great but lacking at check-out but it all turned out ok. Would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful, luxurious property

Had a wonderful week long stay at this amazing, comfortable, luxurious home. Truly a place that once you arrive and stock the fridge, you’ll never need or want to leave. Hector is fantastic! Best property manager we’ve ever experienced from our many years of VRBO usage. Only negative about the property is heating the pool was an extra charge of $185 / day, and it is not made clear anywhere on the site, or contract. We weren’t notified of this until the day before we arrived. Kind of a bummer, but did not spoil the trip by any means. Spa is still heated and we made due! I’m sure it’s not an issue in summer months, but for someone without a pool at home and unfamiliar with pool heating and maintenance practices, we were caught off guard. Overall place is spectacular and we will definitely be coming back!

Ruined vacation

We had reserved this house for our family trip where we had people in every age category. Sadly when we were checked in we noticed that the ice maker and part of the fridge were broken. It was not a big deal for us and the host offered that he can purchase the ice for us. Later that day we encountered a mouse in the kitchen area. It is not ideal when there are elderly people and more importantly infants. We had family members leave because they did not want their children to be around mice. We got video footage of the mice which we realized were a few of them. When we notified the host about the issue they told us that they have never encountered any mice and tried to blame us saying we might have left the door open and they came inside trying to escape the heat. They offered to send someone to remove the mice but with one more night of stay it was not really ideal for us. They did not want us to send them the video of the mice. Overall it was a great house with great potential but its sad that they do not believe their clients and try to avoid taking responsibility. I would also like to mention that the cleaning crew is not very good. The house was dusty in areas and we found a women's swim suit that did not belong to us in one of the bathrooms.

The Best Property Manager!!!

Everything was pretty good. I recommend making sure the ac vents are not blowing on the beds. For example the master bedroom ac which we had to turn off so we don't get sick. Another thing I recommend is changing all the bulbs to led and making sure they all work. I also recommend a code for the front gate instead of one key fob. Every time someone left we had to make sure that we where available to be able to open the gate. This became very annoying when your trying to relax. I'm stating these things because I want this place to be better so we can rent it again. It was a great house. Very close to Costco and no noise issues. I recommend increasing the amount of people to stay at least to 16 because honesty we were 10 people and it felt way to big. I think you can easily sleep 16 people. Overall I recommend this place. The best part of this experience was the property manager. He was very professional and know's what he is doing. The issues were the way the house was set-up. They also need a manual of how to operate everything. I recommend changing the 80 degree ac notice on every single thermostat. Why do you have ac if you set it to 80 degrees??? 75 maybe...

Stayed in October 2025. The photos don’t accurately reflect the current amenities — no lounge chair cushions, no shallow pool chairs, the water feature didn’t work, and some furniture was broken or replaced. The house wasn’t very clean (cobwebs, dust, trash under beds, and personal items left behind). The casita had a strong odor that air fresheners only made worse and doesn’t get WiFi.One door didn’t lock upon arrival, but the host fixed it quickly. There were no frills — no welcome basket, cleaning supplies, or basics like foil, baggies, or extra paper towels. Overall, plenty of space but disappointing due to cleanliness, missing amenities, and inaccurate photos.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! The house was incredibly spacious, making it perfect for our family. Each bedroom had its own closet and private bathroom, which gave everyone their own space and made the stay extra comfortable. The pool was a great size, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. Everything was clean. We’re already planning to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home with room for all

This is such a beautiful property in the Palm Springs area. It was perfect for our group -- plenty of beds and lovely outdoor area. The only drawback is that the property is a little tired. It feels like renters haven't treated the house nicely (it's super close to large festival venues), so amenities have been downgraded in response (not enough silverware/glassware, neglected outdoor kitchen, etc.). As a group of adult women in our 50s/60s, we were expecting more of an upscale experience to match the beautiful photos in the listing. Luckily, the property managers are incredibly responsive, so when there were key items missing, they were delivered promptly. Overall, we had a lovely experience in the house -- and loved that we didn't have to worry about noise ordinances when gathering poolside. It was a great home base during our visit to the area.

Great comfortable place!

Oasis away from home

We are a group of 10 ladies who celebrate with a trip every 5 years. This trip was one of our best yet. The space in this house is amazing. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, there was a ton of fridge space. The proximity to restaurants was great and the fact we could play music outside was awesome. Hector was very responsive and even sent us Instacart of a couple of things we wanted. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Annual Family Trip Success!

I chose this property for an annual family trip we take to the desert. We were party of 7 adults and 4 kids; and each of us had plenty of room to hang out both inside and out. We sometimes had to scream at each other from across the room because of the high ceilings haha The inside feels like a museum and the outside pool area is truly made to relax and unwind. The kids had ample room to swim the length of the massive pool or be on their floaties without the fear of bumping into anyone. Truly, the pictures do not do this house any justice! Hector was such a pleasure to work with and really took care of some changes I needed to make with the initial reservation. His videos on how to operate parts of the house are genius! Would not hesitate to work with Hector again for our next trip. =)

Birthday Celebrations

Multigeneration family of 10 celebrating 3 birthdays. Property is very spacious with both inside and outside areas where our entire party could gather. Also plenty of space for privacy when needed. Beautiful pool / spa surrounded by lounge chairs, eating areas and a large tiki bar with a gas grill and fridge. Location is isolated and private. Very relaxing stay.

Birthday Celebration

My adult children and their families vacationed with me in your lovely home, and we had a wonderful time! The pool was well used by the children and the hot tub by the adults. There was lots of room to do everything we wanted. Details, such as utensils and toilet paper, could be fine tuned (more and better) but we were able to work through everything. Beds, particularly, we’re very comfortable and nice to sleep in.

Our Stay - March 5-8, 2024

A few things about our stay we were not happy with: Shower in bedroom w/high bed could not get hot water. waited over 5 minutes and only got luke warm. Smokey chemical smell outside each day that deterred from pool area relaxation. Everything so tall-could use a step stool for high shelves. In first bathroom on right, no trash can and fan doesn't work. Hot water takes long time to get to the shower. Pool guys came Friday morning early, which is fine, probably their schedule day, but would've been nice if we knew they were coming, and not surprised when two big guys show up!! Could not sue the Casita - bad smokey chemical smell, plus mustly smell.
