My friend and I ended up with an unplanned extended time in New Zealand. We were able to stay at the Tiger Tea House during this time and found it to be perfect for what we needed. Beautiful views of the harbor, a nice walking path nearby and easy access to town when we needed it!

Fantastic property in an easy and beautiful location

Spacious, cosy and with heaps of charm. Loved everything about this place and will be back in future.

Great apartment with views over the bay. Very comfortable beds and sitting area. Kitchen is well appointed with a great espresso machine. Only a ten minute drive into Dunedin. Bedrooms are on back of building, so minimizes any noise from road. Parking is easy, but it can be a little tricky to get on the road towards Dunedin.

Beautiful Dunedin Apartment

Had the most lovely stay, perfectly located. All amenities were perfect and the apartment had everything you could possibly ask for, as well as extra little thoughtful touches. Will definitely stay again.

Beautifully restored & stunning aspect with lots to watch in the harbour. Spot on amenities & best welcome made a very comfortable stay. Location close drive to city centre & gave a good feel of how Dunedin works.

This is a great place to stay, very handy to the city, great view of the harbour, nice decor, good rooms. Parking is great and the building looks fantastic. Book it!

AMAZING !! 100% recommend

Absolutely love this apartment - so warm and stylish. Beds were super comfy and facilities were pretty much perfect. I would recommend investing in some bikes so that visitors could cycle the awesome bike track in the future. We really LOVED this and would definitely come back again.
